Abstract

Desa Daerah Gresik tepatnya di salah satu kawasan persawahan Dusun Pengangson Desa Sumberwaru, Kecamatan Wringinanom, Kabupaten Gresik mengalami fenomena Mud Volcano dengan 3 titik semburan yang masih terus mengeluarkan fluida (air) bercampur lumpur, sedangkan 8 titik sisanya hanya mengeluarkan gelembung udara yang tidak relatif besar. Penyebab semburan mud volcano diduga karena adanya struktur geologi regional daerah seperti lipatan, sesar dan retakan dengan energi yang cukup kuat untuk mendorong material tersebut dapat mencapai kepermukaan. Sehingga perlu dilakukannya penelitian terhadap Mud Volcano dengan tujuan eksplorasi, untuk mengetahui pesebaran kantong mud di bawah permukaan kawasan Mud Volcano tersebut. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode resistivitas konfigurasi Wenner sebanyak 6 lintasan akuisisi dengan panjang 470 m dan spasi 10 m, yang didukung dengan data uji laboratorium parameter resistivitas pada sampel yang diambil di 6 titik lokasi pengambilan sampel di lapangan. Data tersebut kemudian dimodelkan secara 2D dan 3D untuk mendapatkan pesebaran kantong lumpur bawah permukaan lebih detail di lokasi penelitian. Berdasarkan pemodelan yang dilakukan, nilai resistivitas hasil inversi berada di antara 0.1 Ω.m - 0.85 Ω.m, sedangkan nilai resistivitas berdasarakan hasil uji laboratorium pada sampel antara 0.124 - 0.84 Ω.m. Pola pesebaran kantong lumpur bawah permukaan menunjukan bahwa pesebaran kantong lumpur berada pada dimensi 666.800 – 667.000 dalam sumbu X (easting), dan 9.183.600 – 9.183.800 untuk sumbu Y (northing) dengan arah pesebaran didominasi pada bagian bawah morfologi mud dan kemenerusan pada arah SouthWest dari morfologi Mud Volcano, serta dalam arah sumbu Z area dengan resitivitas rendah tersebar dari elevasi ±20 m hingga > -60 m.

The Gresik area precisely in one of the rice fileds of Pengangson Hamlet, Sumberwaru Village, Wringinanom District, Gresik Regency experienced the Mud Volcano phenomenon with 3 spray points that still continue to emit fluida (water) mixed with mud, while the remaining 8 points only emit air bubbles that are relatively not large. The cause of Mud Volcano bursts is due to the regional geological structure of the area such as folds, faults, and cracks with energy strong enough to push the material to the surface. So it is necessary to conduct research on mud volcano which aims at exploration, to determine the distribution of mud deposits under the surface of the Mud Volcano Area This study used the resistivity method of Wenner configuration as many as 6 acquisition passes with a length of 470 m and a space of 10 m, which was supported by laboratory test data of resistivity parameters on samples taken at 6 sampling locations in the field. The data was then modeled in 2D and 3D to obtain a more detailed distribution of subsurface sludge deposits at the study site. Based on the modeling carried out, the resistivity value of the inversion results is between 0.1 Ω.m - 0.85 Ω.m, while the resistivity value is based on laboratory test results on samples between 0.124 - 0.84 Ω.m. The distribution pattern of subsurface mud deposits shows that the distribution of mud fluid is at dimensions of 666,800 – 667,000 in the X axis (easting), and 9,183,600 – 9,183,800 for the Y axis (northing) with the direction of distribution dominated at the bottom of the mud morphology and continuity in the SouthWest direction of the Mud Volcano morphology, and in the direction of the Z axis areas with low recitivity spread from elevations of ±20 m to > -60 m.
