Abstract

Sungai Citarum merupakan salah satu sungai terpenting di Indonesia, khususnya Jawa Barat. dengan luas kurang lebih 11.323 Km² dan melewati 13 kota dan kabupaten di Jawa Barat. Namun, kini kondisi Sungai Citarum jauh dari kata bersih. Dengan timbulan sampah 15.838 ton per hari dan luas kritis 199.514 hektar. Pada Tugas Akhir ini akan dirancang Trash Skimmer Boat dengan Conveyor Belt dan Sensor Pemilah Sampah yang diharapkan dapat menjadi solusi untuk pembersihan Sungai Citarum. Dari analisa dan perhitungan teknis, dimensi utama kapal adalah: panjang utama (Lpp): 14,20 m; lebar(B): 6,50 m; tinggi (H): 2,00m; draf (T): 1,00 m. Trash Skimmer Boat ini telah memenuhi semua persyaratan stabilitas, trim, dan freeboard. Trash Skimmer Boat ini akan memiliki maksimal 2 awak kapal dan memiliki muatan 35 ton. Pada Trash Skimmer Boat ini juga telah dirancang sistem conveyor belt yang terdiri dari: loading conveyor belt, storage conveyor belt, dan offloading conveyor belt untuk menaruh sampah di depan kapal ke atas kapal. Sistem Sensor Pemilah Sampah juga telah dirancang untuk mendeteksi jenis sampah yang masuk ke dalam perahu.

The Citarum River is one of the most important rivers in Indonesia, especially West Java. with an area of approximately 11,323 Km² and passing through 13 cities and districts in West Java. However, now the condition of the Citarum River is far from clean. With waste generation of 15,838 tons per day and a critical area of 199,514 hectares. In this Final Project a Trash Skimmer Boat with Conveyor Belt and Garbage Sorting Sensor will be designed which is expected to be a solution for cleaning the Citarum River. From the analysis and technical calculations, the ship's main dimensions are: main length (Lpp): 14.20 m; breadth(B): 6.50 m; height(H): 2.00m; draft(T): 1.00 m. This Trash Skimmer Boat has fulfilled all the required stability, trim and freeboard criteria. This Trash Skimmer Boat will have a maximum of 2 crew members on board and has a payload of 35 tons. In this Trash Skimmer Boat, a conveyor belt system has also been designed which consists of: loading conveyor belt, storage conveyor belt, and offloading conveyor belt to put the garbage in front of the ship onto the ship. The Garbage Sorting Sensor system has also been designed to detect the type of waste that enters the boat
