Abstract

Dinas Pendapatan Daerah Pemerintah Provinsi Jawa Timur merupakan instansi pemerintah yang bertanggung jawab atas semua hal yang berkaitan dengan pengelolaan pendapatan daerah dari berbagai sumber seperti pajak daerah, retribusi daerah, dan sumber pendapatan daerah lainnya. Produk yang kami kerjakan saat melakukan Kerja Praktik adalah Aplikasi Dashboard Pendataan Potensi dan Objek Pajak Kendaraan Bermotor sebagai Acuan Lokasi Samsat Keliling, yaitu sebuah aplikasi yang dikembangkan untuk efisiensi penentuan lokasi samsat keliling dengan sasaran menambah pengumpulan dan pemasukan pendapatan PKB (Pajak Kendaraan Bermotor) di seluruh daerah Provinsi Jawa Timur. Pengguna utama aplikasi yang kami kembangkan adalah karyawan UPT yang bertanggung jawab dalam pengoperasian samsat keliling. Aplikasi dibuat dengan menggunakan framework Laravel dan memiliki beberapa fitur, beberapa diantaranya adalah pemilihan daerah UPT samsat keliling, informasi mengenai jumlah potensi PKB dan objek kendaraan bermotor, dan prioritas 4 daerah dengan jumlah potensi/objek terbesar.

The Regional Revenue Office of the East Java Provincial Government is a government agency responsible for all matters related to the management of local revenue from various sources such as local taxes, local levies, and other sources of local revenue. The product we worked on during our Internship was the Potential and Object Tax Vehicle Dashboard Application as a reference for the Mobile Tax Office (Samsat Keliling) locations. This application was developed to efficiently manage the locations of mobile tax offices with the aim of increasing the collection and search for Vehicle Tax (PKB) revenue throughout the East Java Province. The primary users of the application we developed are the employees of the Technical Implementation Unit (UPT) responsible for operating the mobile tax offices. The application was built using the Laravel framework and has several features, including the selection of UPT areas for the mobile tax office, information about the potential number of PKB and motor vehicle objects, and prioritizing the top 4 areas with the largest potential/object counts.
