Abstract
Tugas akhir ini menguraikan hasil studi kasus perihal efektifitas waktu dalam penggunaan bekisting aluminium, yang dibandingkan dengan bekisting konvensional. Studi kasus ini menggunakan data proyek pembangunan Hotel Ibis Shafira Bintang 4 Surabaya yang menggunakan bekisting konvensional. Penggunaan bekisting aluminium dalam metode konstruksi sering disebut sebagai salah satu alternatif menarik dan lebih baik dibandingkan dengan bekisting konvensional. Dinyatakan demikian dengan mempertimbangkan faktor-faktor seperti kecepatan pelaksanaan dan kualitas hasil akhir. Studi ini diharapkan dapat memberikan tambahan wawasan, khususnya tentang penggunaan bekisting alumunium dalam proyek konstruksi.
Proyek Pembangunan Hotel Ibis Shafira Bintang 4, Surabaya, memiliki 10 lantai dengan struktur atap yakni rangka baja. Struktur bawah bangunan menggunakan Tiang Pancang dan struktur atas menggunakan beton bertulang. Perhitungan waktu dan biaya pelaksanaan dihitung berdasarkan metode pelaksanaan yang digunakan sesuai dengan teori dan ilmu dari berbagai referensi serta dikaitkan dengan analisa dan survey lapangan baik secara langsung maupun melalui peralatan. Sehingga dengan metode pelaksanaan yang tepat, dapat dihasilkan waktu yang efektif. Untuk penjadwalan setiap item pekerjaan dilakukan dengan membuat bar chart dan kurva S menggunakan bantuan Microsoft Project.
Hasil studi kasus kali ini berdasarkan analisa waktu pembangunan Hotel Ibis Shafira Bintang 4, Surabaya dengan metode bekisting aluminium slab didapatkan waktu pekerjaan total 234 hari. Dan berdasarkan analisa biaya pembangunan Hotel Ibis Shafira Bintang 4, Surabaya dengan metode aluminium slab didapatkan total biaya sebesar Rp. 24.871.690.830. Dari hasil tersebut perlu diperhatikan lebih detail dalam penggunaan bekisting aluminium, agar bisa mendapatkan hasil yang lebih efisien.

This final project discusses the findings of a case study comparing the time of aluminum formwork to traditional formwork. This case study analyzes data from the Ibis Shafira Bintang 4 Surabaya Hotel's conventional formwork building project. The usage of aluminum formwork in construction procedures is sometimes referred to as one of the more appealing and superior alternatives to conventional formwork. Declared such after taking into account aspects such as implementation speed, overall product quality, and cost effectiveness. This research is expected to provide further information, particularly about the usage of aluminum formwork in construction projects.
The four-star Ibis Shafira Hotel Development Project in Surabaya consists of ten stories and a steel-framed roof structure. The building's upper structure is made of reinforced concrete, while the lower portion is supported by piles. The methodology used for calculating implementation time and costs is based on theory and information from numerous references, and it is connected both directly and indirectly to analysis and field research through equipment. such that outcomes can be achieved quickly and affordably using the appropriate implementation technique. Using Microsoft Project, a bar chart and S-curve are created for each work item to be scheduled.
The Ibis Shafira Bintang 4 Hotel in Surabaya, which was built utilizing the aluminum slab formwork technology, took 234 days to complete, according to the findings of this case study. Additionally, the 4 Star Ibis Shafira Hotel in Surabaya, which was built using the aluminum slab technology, came in at a total cost of Rp. 24,871,690,830 after an analysis of the building costs. Based on these findings, aluminum formwork needs to be used with greater precision in order to get results that prove more effective.
