Abstract
Rasio elektrifikasi selama ini menjadi tolak ukur tingkat ketersediaan listrik di suatu daerah. Namun rasio ini belum bisa menggambarkan kualitas akses energinya sehingga digunakanlah data satelit Night Time Light Data Visible Infrared Imaging Radiometer Suite (NTL VIIRS) yang dapat menggambarkan titik cahaya yang ada di permukaan bumi di malam hari berdasarkan intensitas cahayanya. Karena adanya perbedaan ketersediaan listrik di masing masing daerah maka diperhitungkan pula karakteristik ekonomi dan pembangunan daerah. Untuk itu pada penelitian ini dilakukan pemodelan Poisson point process berdasarkan unit kecamatan dan dipilih model terbaik antara pemodelan berdasarkan kabupaten / kota atau pemodelan satu provinsi dengan unit yang sama. Model terbaik didapatkan dari model masing – masing kabupaten / kota dengan AIC terendah dan rata – rata jumlah titik yang bercahaya pada seluruh kabupaten sebagian besar secara signifikan dipengaruhi karakteristik daerah yang berbeda – beda seperti jumlah keluarga, jumlah sarana perdagangan, jumlah menara telekomunikasi dan kedapatan pada daerah tersebut

The electrification rate is typically used to measure electricity availability. However, it alone cannot accurately capture the quality of electricity that people receive.To address this issue, a new innovation called Night Time Light (NTL) data has been developed. This data uses night light satellites on the Earth's surface to calculate electricity availability with greater accuracy. The NTL VIIRS system allows for the calculation of region characteristics in an economic and developmental context, accounting for variations in electricity access across different regions. This research conducted in Poisson point process and comparing between modeling each region or one model for one province. Best model came from modeling on each region with the lowes AIC and the intensity of electricity availability depend on the region characteristic such as the number of households, trading facilities, base transceiver station towers and population density
