Abstract

DM tipe 2 di prediksi mengalami kenaikan jumlah pasien di Indonesia dari 8,4 juta pada tahun 2000 menjadi sekitar 21,3 juta pada tahun 2030. Upaya peningkatan pemantauan gula darah secara rutin dibutuhkan oleh penderita DM. Oleh sebab itu, penelitian yang menggunakan metode regresi logistik ordinal ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui faktor risiko yang mempengaruhi DM tipe 2, sehingga diharapkan mampu meningkatkan kesadaran tentang bahaya penyakit tersebut. Data yang digunakan adalah data sekunder yang diperoleh dari RSI Jemursari Surabaya berupa data rekam medis tahun 2022 dengan jumlah pasien sebanyak 111 orang. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa Pasien DM tipe 2 yang melakukan pengobatan terbanyak merupakan pasien yang dengan status DM tipe 2 sebanyak 58 orang, pasien dengan status pra-DM tipe 2 yaitu 25 orang, dan pasien dengan status tidak DM tipe 2 sejumlah 28 orang. Lebih dari separuh pasien DM tipe 2 berjenis kelamin perempuan. Mayoritas pasien terdiagnosa obesitas dengan persentase sebesar 60,4% dan mayoritas memiliki riwayat DM tipe 2 keluarga sebesar 81,1%. Rata-rata usia pasien DM tipe 2 61 tahun. Rata-rata tekanan sistolik pasien adalah 145,12 mmHg dan rata-rata tekanan distolik pasien adalah 79,66 mmHg. Mayoritas pasien memiliki pendidikan SMA dengan persentase sebesar 39,6 % dan mayoritas memiliki pekerjaan dengan aktivitas fisik ringan denagan persentase sebesar 53,2%. Faktor risiko yang berpengaruh signifikan terhadap status DM tipe 2 adalah jenis kelamin, obesitas, riwayat DM tipe 2 keluarga, pendidikan, dan pekerjaan.

Type 2 DM is predicted to experience an increase in the number of patients in Indonesia from 8.4 million in 2000 to around 21.3 million in 2030. Efforts to increase routine monitoring of blood sugar are needed by DM sufferers. Therefore, this study using the ordinal logistic regression method was conducted to determine the risk factors that affect type 2 DM, so that it is expected to be able to increase awareness about the dangers of this disease. The data used is secondary data obtained from RSI Jemursari Surabaya in the form of medical record data for 2022 with a total of 111 patients. The results of the analysis showed that type 2 DM patients who received the most treatment were 58 patients with type 2 DM status, 25 patients with pre-DM type 2 status, and 28 patients with non-DM type 2 status. More than half of type 2 DM patients are female. The majority of patients diagnosed with obesity with a percentage of 60,4% and the majority have a family history of type 2 DM of 81,1%. The average age of type 2 DM patients is 61 years. The patient's average systolic pressure was 145,12 mmHg and the patient's average diastolic pressure was 79,66 mmHg. The majority of patients have high school education with a percentage of 39,6% and the majority have jobs with light physical activity with a percentage of 53,2%. Risk factors that significantly influence type 2 DM status are gender, obesity, family history of type 2 DM, education, and occupation.
