Abstract

Deteksi kebocoran merupakan cara untuk dapat mengetahui adanya kebocoran pada suatu sistem. Kebocoran dapat menyebabkan penurunan tekanan sistem yang dapat membuat fungsi dari peralatan tidak bekerja dengan efisien. Kebocoran kerap terjadi pada suatu pipeline yang sedang mengalirkan pneumatic air atau udara bertekanan sehingga tekanan udara dalam pipa tersebut terus menurun. Pneumatic air sendiri sangat umum digunakan pada beberapa industri untuk menggerakkan peralatannya, sehingga diperlukan adanya sistem yang dapat mendeteksi kebocoran pneumatic air pada aliran pipa. Pada penelitian sebelumnya telah dirancang sistem pendeteksi kebocoran pada pipa, namun dengan objek yang berbeda serta metode pengiriman data menggunakan ethernet yang tidak dapat menyimpan data. Oleh karena itu, dirancanglah sistem pendeteksi kebocoran menggunakan sensor tekanan dengan metode wireless sensor network (WSN) yang menghubungkan antar node sensor untuk saling berkomunikasi dan mengirimkan hasil pembacaan sensor ke gateway yang menjadi pusat kendali dan kemudian data tersebut dikirimkan ke firebase untuk ditampilkan pada android.

Leak detection is a way to identify leaks in a system. Leaks can cause a decrease in system pressure which can make the function of the equipment not work efficiently. Leaks often occur in a pipeline that is flowing pneumatic air or compressed air so that the air pressure in the pipe continues to decrease. Pneumatic air itself is very commonly used in several industries to drive their equipment, so a system is needed that can detect pneumatic water leaks in the pipe flow. In previous research, a leak detection system has been designed, but with different objects and data transmission methods using Ethernet which cannot store data. Therefore, a leak detection system is designed using a pressure sensor with a wireless sensor network (WSN) method that connects sensor nodes to communicate with each other and sends sensor readings to the gateway which becomes the control center and then the data is sent to Firebase to be displayed on Android
