Abstract

Analisis spasial merupakan salah satu metode yang sering digunakan untuk melihat pola penyebaran penyakit menular. Penyebaran COVID-19 dilatar belakangi melalui sarana dari aspek daerah. Efek spasial dapat muncul dari satu area ke area lainnya. COVID-19 adalah virus baru yang berasal dari China dan telah menyebar ke seluruh dunia. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pola spasial penyebaran COVID-19 di Jawa Timur menggunakan regresi spasial. Data yang digunakan adalah proporsi kasus terkonfirmasi positif COVID-19 per kabupaten/kota di Jawa Timur pada tahun 2021. Beberapa faktor diduga mempengaruhi pola penyebaran COVID-19 di Jawa Timur, antara lain proporsi penduduk yang sudah divaksin 1, proporsi tenaga medis, kepadatan penduduk, proporsi penduduk usia di atas 60 tahun, dan proporsi penduduk penderita penyakit hipertensi. Metode yang digunakan adalah regresi spasial. Diharapkan penelitian ini dapat memberikan informasi mengenai model faktor-faktor penyebaran COVID-19 di Jawa Timur sehingga karakteristik penanganannya dapat disesuaikan dengan kondisi daerah yang terdampak. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian diperoleh bentuk model terbaik yaitu Spatial Autoregressive Moving Average Model (SARMA) dengan variabel yang signifikan diantaranya kepadatan penduduk, proporsi penduduk berusia di atas 60 tahun, dan proporsi penduduk penderita penyakit hipertensi.

Spatial analysis is one method that is often used to see patterns of the spread of infectious diseases. The background of the spread of COVID-19 is through facilities from a regional aspect. Spatial effects can appear from one area to another. COVID-19 is a new virus that originated in China and has spread worldwide. This study aims to determine the spatial pattern of the spread of COVID-19 in East Java using spatial regression. The data used is the proportion of confirmed cases of COVID-19 per district/city in East Java in 2021. Several factors are thought to influence the pattern of spread of COVID-19 in East Java, including the proportion of the population that has been vaccinated 1, the proportion of medical personnel, population density , the proportion of the population over 60 years of age, and the proportion of the population with hypertension. The method used is spatial regression. It is hoped that this research can provide information regarding the model of the factors for the spread of COVID19 in East Java so that the characteristics of the treatment can be adjusted to the conditions of the affected areas. Based on the research results, the best model form was obtained, namely the Spatial Autoregressive Moving Average Model (SARMA) with significant variables including population density, the proportion of the population aged over 60 years, and the proportion of the population with hypertension.
