Abstract

Petroganik sebagai salah satu hasil produksi PT Petrokimia Gresik mengandung sumber nitrogen yang diperlukan tanah sebagai unsur yang memiliki peranan penting terhadap perbaikan sifat fisika, biologi, dan kimia tanah yang sudah diolah serta efektif dan efisien. Pentingnya kualitas menjadi faktor utama bagi konsumen dalam pemilihan produk dan jasa tanpa membedakan kelompok perseorangan, industri, atau pengecer. Pupuk Petroganik mengandung komponen utama yang saling memengaruhi untuk menjaga kualitas pupuk yaitu C-Organik, C/N Ratio, pH, dan kadar air. Multivariate Exponentially Weighted Moving Variance (MEWMV) dan Multivariate Exponentially Weighted Moving Average (MEWMA) merupakan diagram kontrol yang tepat digunakan untuk menganalisis data yang bersifat multivariat dan berkorelasi bahkan untuk data multivariat dengan menghitung perubahan antara pengamatan berurutan dalam suatu periode dengan batas kendali. Keunggulan dari diagram kontrol ini adalah lebih sensitif terhadap pergeseran data yang realtif kecil, sehingga data yang tidak terkontrol dapat dideteksi lebih cepat. Hasil dari penelitian ini, data fase I belum terkendali dalam variabilitas dan diperoleh pembobot optimum yaitu λ=0,1 dan ω=0,3 dan L = 3,8675. Data fase I juga belum terkendali secara rata-rata dengan pembobot optimum λ=0,8. Dengan menggunakan pembobot optimal λ=0,1 data fase II telah in-control baik dalam variabilitas dan rata-rata. Sehingga dapat juga disimpulkan bahwa pembobot λ=0,1 konsisten untuk digunakan sebagai pembobot yang optimal untuk data fase II. Sedangkan untuk proses produksi Petroganik belum kapabel sehingga diharapkan PT. Petrokimia Gresik melakukan perbaikan proses agar kualitas pupuk Petroganik tetap terkendali sesuai spesifikasi dari perusahaan.

Petroganik as one of the products of PT Petrokimia Gresik contains nitrogen sources needed by the soil as an element that has an important role in improving the physical, biological and chemical properties of soil that has been processed effectively and efficiently. The importance of quality is a major factor for consumers in the selection of products and services without distinguishing groups of individuals, industries, or retailers. Petroganic fertilizer contains the main components that influence each other to maintain fertilizer quality, namely C-Organic, C/N Ratio, pH, and moisture content. Multivariate Exponentially Weighted Moving Variance (MEWMV) and Multivariate Exponentially Weighted Moving Average (MEWMA) are control charts that are appropriate for analyzing multivariate and correlated data even for multivariate data by calculating the change between successive observations in a period with control limits. The advantage of this control chart is that it is more sensitive to small shifts in data, so that uncontrolled data can be detected more quickly. The results of this study, phase I data has not been controlled in variability and obtained the optimum weight is λ = 0.1 and ω = 0.3 and L = 3.8675. Phase I data is also not yet controlled in average with the optimum weight λ=0.8. By using the optimal weight λ=0.1 the phase II data has been in-control both in variability and average. So it can also be concluded that the weight λ=0.1 is consistent to be used as the optimal weight for phase II data. As for the Petroganik production process, it is not yet capable, so it is hoped that PT. Petrokimia Gresik will make process improvements so that the quality of Petroganik fertilizer remains under control according to company specifications.
