Abstract

The job training in Peruri is aimed to analyze the Service Level Agreement (SLA) obtained from the forms distributed to each division. This analysis is expected to find out whether each division or customer receives services from the service provider and whether the service reaches the target of each division. In addition, the implementation of job training is expected to add insight to students about the application of statistics in the world of work and train students to be able to adapt and act professionally at work.
