Abstract
Pentingnya instalasi listrik yang tepat dalam gedung adalah untuk memastikan keamanan dan kenyamanan penghuninya. Saat ini, tantangannya adalah menciptakan instalasi listrik yang efisien secara energi dan ramah lingkungan, tetapi tetap memenuhi standar keamanan yang berlaku. Penelitian tugas akhir ini akan membahas perencanaan instalasi listrik berdasarkan standar yang berlaku dan mengusulkan inovasi green technology seperti PV System dan Building Automation System (BAS) untuk menghemat energi. Pokok pembahasan tugas akhir ini mencakup perhitungan kebutuhan instalasi listrik, perencanaan penerangan, pendinginan udara, penerapan PV System dan BAS, serta analisis penghematan energi. Hasil perhitungan dan analisis menunjukkan bahwa total daya terpasang adalah 727 kVA dengan kapasitas trafo 1000 kVA yang dipilih, dan kebutuhan genset sebesar 760 kVA. Untuk menghubungkan trafo dengan LVMDP, digunakan kabel NYY 4x150 mm2 dan MCCB 1600 A/50 kA. Diharapkan penelitian ini akan menghasilkan instalasi listrik yang efisien, aman, hemat energi, dan ramah lingkungan untuk gedung tower ITS 2.

The electrical system in buildings holds great importance as it ensures the safety and comfort of the occupants. The current challenge lies in developing energy-efficient and eco-friendly electrical installations that also comply with relevant standards. This final project aims to explore the planning of electrical installations based on these standards and proposes innovative green technologies such as PV Systems and Building Automation Systems (BAS) to promote energy conservation. The primary topics covered in this final project include the calculation of electrical requirements, lighting planning, air cooling considerations, implementation of PV systems and BAS, and an analysis of energy savings. The calculations and analysis reveal a total installed power of 727 kVA, with a chosen transformer capacity of 1000 kVA, and a generator capacity of 760 kVA. To connect the transformer with LVMDP, NYY cables of 4x150 mm2 and MCCB of 1600 A/50 kA are utilized. The ultimate goal of this research is to establish efficient, safe, energy-conscious, and environmentally friendly electrical installations for the Tower ITS 2 building.
