Abstract

Dampak dari penurunan kestabilan ekonomi setelah pandemi yang terjadi sejak tahun 2020, masih mempengaruhi kegiatan operasional PT X. Perbaikan kegiatan operasional perlu dilakukan untuk pemulihan kembali peraturan serta kestabilan keuangan perusahaan sejak adanya truck parking B. Optimalisasi dilakukan dengan melakukan evaluasi bagaimana distribusi alokasi truk yang tepat untuk dapat memaksimalkan keuntungan perusahaan dan efisiensi pengalokasian unit yang dapat mempengaruhi perolehan keuntungan dari masing-masing dari jenis truk yang memiliki nilai keuntungan yang berbeda berdasarkan area pelanggannya. Nilai keuntungan tersebut yang menjadi akumulasi keuntungan Perusahaan. dengan menggunakan metode permodelan Goal Programming. 5 tujuan yang ingin dicapai perusahaan yaitu mertimbangkan demand, nilai keuntungan, jenis truk, truck parking dan penyediaan cadangan untuk unit menjadi hal yang bertolak belakang dan memiliki tradeoff yang berbeda.. Metode tersebut akan mencari nilai minimal total deviational variable yang menjadi ukuran hasil yang memuaskan decision maker. Beberapa faktor yang terlibat dalam pertimbangan faktor-faktor pembatas diantaranya jumlah truk, jumlah area pelanggan, nilai keuntungan dan alokasi untuk truk backup. Model menunjukan bahwa target demand, keuntungan, pemakasian masing-masing jenis truk dan pemakaian truck parking mendekati target tujuan dengan total minimasi nilai deviational variable 41. Target pencapaian dari penerapan alokasi jumlah truk dari model, menghasilkan kebutuhan area pelanggan tercapai 106%, target keuntungan tercapai 99%, target penggunaan truk tercapai 108%, target pemanfaatan truck parking tercapai 70% dan target penyediaan backup truk tercapai 25%. Keseimbangan pencapaian dari masing-masing tujuan dapat bergantung berdasarkan bagaimana penerapan yang dilakukan perusahaan dalam menentukan prioritas yang diinginkan dari setiap tujuan.

The impact of the decline in economic stability after the pandemic that has occurred since 2020, is still affecting PT X's operational activities. Operational improvements need to be carried out to restore regulations and the company's financial stability since the existence of truck parking B. Optimization is carried out by evaluating how the distribution of truck allocations is appropriate to be able to maximize the company's profits and the efficiency of allocating units which can affect the profit earned from each type of truck which has a different profit value based on the customer area. The profit value becomes the accumulated profit of the Company. by using the modeling method Goal Programming. The 5 goals that the company wants to are considering demand, profit value, type of truck, truck parking and provision of reserves for units are contradictory things and have different tradeoffs. This method will look for the minimum value of the total deviational variable which is a measure of satisfactory results decision maker. Several factors are involved in considering the limiting factors including the number of trucks, the number of customer areas, the profit value and the allocation for backup trucks. The model shows that the target demand, profit, usage of each type of truck and use of truck parking is close to the target goal with a total minimization of the deviational variable value of 41. The achievement target from implementing the allocation of the number of trucks from the model, results in the customer area requirement being reached 106%, the profit target being achieved 99%, 108% of the target for truck use, 70% for truck parking utilization and 25% for providing backup trucks. The balance of achievement of each goal can depend on how the company implements it in determining the desired priority of each goal.
