Abstract

Hambatan dalam Proyek konstruksi menyebabkan berbagai masalah yang terjadi dilapangan, baik dari segi kualitas serta efisiensi waktu. Kendala ini juga tejadi pada Proyek Rumah Sakit Mata Provinsi Kalimantan Timur, yang mana pada bagian pembangunan struktur proyek tersebut mengalami hambatan dalam proses pengerjaannya. PT.X sebagai kontraktor dalam pengerjaan struktur Proyek Rumah Sakit Mata Provinsi Kalimantan Timur, proyek ini memiliki tantangan sehingga diperlukan pengendalian guna mencegah terjadinya kecelakaan kerja. Tujuan dari penelitian ini yakni mengidentifikasi dan mengukur dampak risiko pekerjaan struktur, menemukan agent risiko yang mengakibatkan kejadian risiko yang berguna untuk mendapatkan mitigasi yang tepat sasaran, menggunakan Model House of Risk (HOR). Hasil menunjukan 4 risk event dan 10 risk agent, analisa menggunakan aggregate risk potensial (ARP) terdapat 3 risk agent yang diusulkan untuk dilakukan mitigasi risiko proyek dengan nilai ARP sebesar 31.95 %, 20.93 %, dan 18,18%.

Barriers in construction projects cause various problems that occur in the field, both in terms of quality and time efficiency. This obstacle also occurs in the Eye Hospital Project in East Kalimantan Province, which in the development of the project structure experienced obstacles in the process. PT.X as a contractor is working on the structure of the East Kalimantan Provincial Eye Hospital Project, this project has challenges so control is needed to prevent work accidents. The purpose of this study is to identify and measure the impact of structural work risks, find risk agents that result in risk events that are useful for getting targeted mitigation, using the House of Risk (HOR) Model. The results show 4 risk events and 10 risk agents, analyzed using aggregate risk potential (ARP) there are 3 risk agents proposed for project risk mitigation with ARP values of 31.95%, 20.93% and 18.18%.
