Abstract
Struktur Asrama Pondok Modern Pajajaran akan dirancangpada daerah yang mempunyai resiko gempa tinggi dengan wilayah gempa 5, yaitu di Lampung. Pada Tugas Akhir ini perancangan ulang terhadap struktur gedung tersebut menggunakan metode Sistem Rangka Pemikul Momen Khusus (SRPMK). Modifikasi yang dilakukan pada gedung tersebut antara lain jumlah lantai dari 2 menjadi 8 lantai, penyederhanaan beberapa letak struktur utama yang dianggap tidak simetris, serta perubahan salah satu ruang untuk penempatan lift. Perancangan gedung ini dihitung berdasarkan ’ Tata Cara Perhitungan Struktur Beton Untuk Bangunan Gedung (SNI 03-2847-2002)” dan ”Tata Cara Perencanaan Ketahanan Gempa untuk Bangunan Gedung (SNI 03- 1726-2002) ” Hasil perencanaan Struktur Asrama Pondok Modem Pajajaran ini terdiri dari portal beton dengan tulangan utama diameter 19 mm (D19), tulangan geser diameter 10 mm, atap menggunakan beton bertulang dan pondasi menggunakan tiang pancang beton pracetak diameter 50 cm. Diharapkan Tugas Akhir ini dapat digunakan sebagai standart prosedur perancangan gedung yang menggunakan Sistem Rangka Pemikul Momen Khusus

The Pondok Modern Pajajaran Dormitory structure will be designed in an area that has a high earthquake risk with earthquake area 5, namely in Lampung. In this final project, the redesign of the building structure uses the Special Moment Resisting Frame System (SRPMK) method. Modifications made to the building included the number of floors from 2 to 8 floors, simplifying several main structural locations which were considered asymmetrical, as well as changing one of the spaces for the elevator placement. The design of this building was calculated based on "Procedures for Calculating Concrete Structures for Buildings (SNI 03-2847-2002)" and "Procedures for Earthquake Resistance Planning for Buildings (SNI 03-1726-2002)" Results of the planning of the Pajajaran Modem Pondok Dormitory Structure consists of a concrete portal with main reinforcement with a diameter of 19 mm (D19), shear reinforcement with a diameter of 10 mm, the roof uses reinforced concrete and the foundation uses precast concrete piles with a diameter of 50 cm. It is hoped that this Final Project can be used as a standard building design procedure that uses a Special Moment Resisting Frame System
