Abstract

Demam berdarah dengue (DBD) merupakan penyakit yang disebabkan oleh virus dengue yang ditularkan dari orang ke orang melalui gigitan nyamuk. Jumlah kasus demam berdarah di Indonesia tergolong masih sangat tinggi terutama di daerah Kabupaten Malang Provinsi Jawa Timur. Diperlukan adanya model penyebaran demam berdarah dengan dinamika penyebaran yang dapat berkembang cepat sehingga dapat dijadikan informasi panduan. Penggambaran model penyebaran demam berdarah dapat berupa jaringan dimana node digambarkan sebagai lokasi sedangkan tautan digambarkan sebagai jumlah kasus pada lokasi. Pada penelitian sebelumnya sudah dikembangkan model penyebaran demam berdarah yang dinamis dengan menggunakan Long Short Term Memory (LSTM) dimana terdapat interaksi antar node yang menggambarkan bentuk jaringan berarah dan berhubungan jika ada kasus demam berdarah pada wilayah tersebut. Namun pada penelitian tersebut hanya memperhatikan indikator ada atau tidaknya kasus demam berdarah pada daerah tersebut untuk menggambarkan penyebaran demam berdarah. Selain jumlah kasus demam berdarah di daerah tersebut terdapat beberapa faktor yang perlu dipertimbangkan dalam penyebaran demam berdarah seperti suhu rata-rata, angka bebas jentik, kelembaban rata – rata dan lama penyinaran, kepatadan penduduk, usia, curah hujan, dan kecepatan angin. Oleh karena itu diperlukan adanya perhitungan lebih lanjut dengan mempertimbangkan beberapa parameter yang mempengaruhi penyebaran sehingga dapat terlihat potensi terdampaknya sebuah wilayah terhadap wabah demam berdarah. Pada penelitian ini penulis mengusulkan perhitungan lanjut yang digunakan untuk menentukkan bobot potensi multiple attribute dengan menggunakan Fuzzy Analytic Hierarchy Process sehingga dapat terlihat potensi terdampaknya sebuah wilayah terhadap wabah demam berdarah. Serta melakukan prediksi probabilitas daerah kedepannya dengan batas wilayahnya menggunakan Linear Regression.

Dengue hemorrhagic fever (DHF) is a disease caused by the dengue virus which is transmitted from person to person through mosquito bites. The number of dengue fever cases in Indonesia is still very high, especially in Malang Regency, East Java Province. It is necessary to have a model for the spread of dengue fever with dynamics of spread that can develop rapidly so that it can be used as guide information. The depiction of the dengue fever spread model can be in the form of a network where the nodes are described as locations while the links are described as the number of cases at the location. In previous studies, a dynamic dengue distribution model has been developed using Long Short Term Memory (LSTM) where there is interaction between nodes that describes the shape of a directed network and is related if there are cases of dengue fever in the area. However, this study only paid attention to indicators of the presence or absence of cases of dengue fever in the area to describe the spread of dengue fever. In addition to the number of cases of dengue fever in the area, there are several factors that need to be considered in the spread of dengue fever, such as the average temperature, larva free rate, average humidity and duration of irradiation, population density, age, rainfall, and wind speed. Therefore, it is necessary to carry out further calculations by considering several parameters that affect the spread so that it can be seen the potential impact of an area on dengue fever outbreaks. In this study, the author proposes a further calculation that is used to determine the potential weight of multiple attributes by using the Fuzzy Analytic Hierarchy Process so that the potential impact of an area on dengue fever outbreaks can be seen. As well as predicting the potential probabilities of one area with another using Linear Regression.
