Abstract

Transportasi merupakan salah satu kebutuhan yang penting dalam kehidupan sosial ekonomi masyarakat. Selain untuk memperpendek waktu tempuh dan memindahkan suatu obyek, transportasi juga berfungsi untuk melancarkan hubungan antara satu lokasi ke lokasi yang lain. Salah satu moda transportasi yang paling utama untuk menghubungkan lokasi satu dengan yang lain dengan skala besar adalah bus. Untuk itu penggunaan bus sebagai moda transportasi perlu didukung oleh sarana dan prasarana yang menunjang, salah satunya adalah teluk bus. Analisa mengidentifikasi titik lokasi perhentian bus yang aday selanjutnya dicari hubungan antara supply dan demand dan dilakukan pengolahan data, yaitu mencari keefektifan penggunaan teluk bus berdasarkan peraturan, demand penumpang, land use lokasi dan selanjutnya dilakukan perencanaan desain teluk bus yang sesuai dengan lokasi berdasarkan peraturan pemerintah yang berlaku. Dalam studi ini dimulai dengan Dari hasil analisa didapat bahwa penggunaan teluk bus yang efektif di ruas Jalan Ahmad Yani Surabaya adalah di Jalan Dukuh Menanggal, Dolog Jalan Gayungkebonsari, depan RS Bhayangkara, dan didepan Universitas Bhayangkara, untuk jenis halte yaitu didepan dealer Nissan Jalan Siwalankerto, Jalan Ketintang barut didekat persimpangan Jalan Siwalankerto, dan di SMA Khadijah Jalan Ahmad Yani, sedangkan untuk jenis Bus Stop terletak di depan RSAL Dr Ramelan, persimpangan Giant, didepan RS Bhayangkara arah Warn, didepan stasiun komuter Jemursari dan di depan SMK 3 Surabaya

Apart from shortening travel time and moving an object, transportation also functions to facilitate connections between one location and another. One of the main modes of transportation to connect locations with each other on a large scale is the bus. For this reason, the use of buses as a mode of transportation needs to be supported by supporting facilities and infrastructure, one of which is the bus bay. The analysis identifies the location of existing bus stops, then looks for the relationship between supply and demand and data processing is carried out, namely looking for the effectiveness of the use of the bus bay based on regulations, passenger demand, land use of the location and then planning the design of the bus bay in accordance with the location based on government regulations. applies. In this study, starting with the results of the analysis, it was found that the effective use of bus bays on Jalan Ahmad Yani Surabaya is on Jalan Dukuh Menanggal, Dolog Jalan Gayungkebonsari, in front of Bhayangkara Hospital, and in front of Bhayangkara University, for this type of bus stop, namely in front of the Nissan dealer Jalan Siwalankerto, Jalan Ketintang Barut is near the intersection of Jalan Siwalankerto, and at SMA Khadijah Jalan Ahmad Yani, while for the Bus Stop type it is located in front of RSAL Dr Ramelan, Giant intersection, in front of RS Bhayangkara towards Warn, in front of Jemursari commuter station and in front of SMK 3 Surabaya
