Abstract

Para perusahaan umumnya membutuhkan aplikasi yang dapat dikonfigurasi dengan mudah. Hal ini dapat terwujud jika aplikasi tersebut didukukung oleh sistem Workflow Management System (WFMS). WFMS berfungsi untuk menyimpan berbagai workflow yang sama dan bervariasi dari proses bisnis. Penelitian ini berfokus pada desain arsitektur yang dapat menyimpan berbagai workflow yang sama dan bervariasi. Untuk mengakomodir berbagai variasi dari workflow, penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan ontologi dari Web Ontology for Service (OWL-S) untuk menganotasikan workflow agar dapat dilakukan query secara semantik. WFMS yang dibangun juga menyimpan event log yang dihasilkan oleh aktivitas dari workflow. Event log ini menggunakan standar event log pada process mining sehingga bisa dianalisis lebih lanjut menggunakan aplikasi process mining seperti ProM. Setelah proses ujicoba, arsitektur WFMS ini terbukti menghasilkan akurasi yang tinggi dari query OWL-S dan event log yang bisa dianalisis menggunakan aplikasi ProM.

Most companies need application which is easily configurable. This need can be fulfilled if the application is supported by Workflow Management System. WFMS will be functioned as workflow storage especially the common one. For acoomodate every business process variation, this architecture use the ontology approach using Web Ontology for Services (OWL-S) for annotating workflow description. This application also generate event log form the activity of workflow. This event log is standardized using process mining standard. So, this event log can be used for analytical purposes using process mining
