Abstract
Proses perhitungan mix desain beton harus melewati beberapa tahapan sehingga perhitungan ini cukup memakan waktu. Oleh karena itu perlu dibuat suatu program bantu sehingga penentuan proporsi campuran dapat diselesaikan dengan waktu yang lebih cepat. Metode DOE dan ACI akan digunakan dalam program ini untuk kemudian akan ditelaah nilai keekonomisannya. Nilai keekonomisan akan ditinjau dari mutu beton yang ditargetkan. Dengan variasi mutu beton 20, 25, 30, 35, 40 Mpa didapatkan hasil proporsi mix desain metode DOE lebih ekonomis bila dibandingkan dengan metode ACI

The process of calculating the concrete mix design must go through several stages so this calculation is quite time consuming. Therefore, it is necessary to create an auxiliary program so that the determination of mixture proportions can be completed more quickly. The DOE and ACI methods will be used in this program and then their economic value will be studied. The economic value will be reviewed from the targeted concrete quality. With variations in concrete quality of 20, 25, 30, 35, 40 Mpa, it was found that the mix proportion design using the DOE method was more economical when compared to the ACI method.
