Abstract
PT. GMF AA bergerak dalam bidang maintenance pesawat. Unit engine maintenance bertanggung jawab atas perbaikan pesawat termasuk komponen APU {Auxilary Power Unit ). Saat ini, dalam pengeijaan APU, TAT (Turn Around Time) actual dengan target mempunyai penyimpangan cukup besar, faktor penyebab utamanya adalah ketersediaan spare parts. Unit Asset And Trade Management (TM) bertanggung jawab atas ketersediaan dari spare parts komponen pesawat Forecast model Neural Network dan simulasi Monte Carlo digunakan untuk memprediksi jumlah demand yang memiliki karakteristik lumpy dan erratic. Analytical Hierarcy Process (AHP) digunakan untuk pembobotan kriteria untuk memilih waktu pengadaan Spare parts yang tepat. Pemilihan didasarkan pada faktor objective (total cost dan TAT maintenance) dan subjective (kualitas, delivery, harga, service). Waktu pengadaan meliputi bulanan, quarterly, direct purchase. Pemilik rating tertinggi yang natinya akan terpilih. Klasifikasi spare parts APU berdasarkan jumlah penggunaan, harga dan karakteristik demand. Dari hasil penelitian, kedua model forecast menunjukkan 67% tidak memiliki berbedaan signifikan dan 2 diantara 21 part number memiliki hasil pemilihan altenatif yang berbeda

PT. GMF AA operates in the field of aircraft maintenance. The engine maintenance unit is responsible for aircraft repairs including APU (Auxilary Power Unit) components. Currently, in APU spelling, the actual TAT (Turn Around Time) and the target have quite large deviations, the main causal factor is the availability of spare parts. The Asset And Trade Management (TM) unit is responsible for the availability of aircraft component spare parts. Forecast Neural Network models and Monte Carlo simulations are used to predict the amount of demand which has lumpy and erratic characteristics. Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) is used for weighting criteria to select the right spare parts procurement time. Selection is based on objective (total cost and TAT maintenance) and subjective factors (quality, delivery, price, service). Procurement time includes monthly, quarterly, direct purchase. The owner of the highest rating will later be selected. Classification of APU spare parts based on number of uses, price and demand characteristics. From the research results, the two forecast models show that 67% do not have significant differences and 2 of the 21 part numbers have different alternative selection results
