Abstract

Pada era global isasi ini, ban yak supplier yang menawarkan material-material pemboran dari berbagai produk seperti produk dari negara Cina dengan berbagai macam merek dan produk dari negara-negara bekas pecahan Uni Soviet yang bersaing dengan produk dari negara Amerika Serikat yang saat ini menguasai pasar di Indonesia. Material pemboran biasanya cukup mahal dan harus mempunyai spesifikasi yang ketat karena besarnya resiko yang terjadi j ika material yang digunakan
dalam pemboran sumur migas berkualitas jelek. Mengingat ketatnya spesifikasi material dan banyaknya Supplier yang menawarkan material dari berbagai merk tersebut mengharuskan Pertamina untuk selektif memilih supplier dengan mempertimbangkan berbagai aspek diantaranya adalah aspek mutu produk, harga, delivery dan jaminan supply. Faktor rantai pasok (supply c_hain) dari supplier yang terdiri dari Distributor atau Pabrik di luar negeri serta faktor kondisi negara penghasil produk tersebut sangat berpengaruh terhadap mutu produk, harga, delivery dan jaminan suppZvnya. Pada penelitian ini akan dilakukan analisa faktor supply chain
supplier dan pembuatan pembobotan dengan menggunakan Analytical Hirarky Process (AHP) terhadap supplier dan supply chainnya agar dapat dilakukan pemilihan supplier dengan tepat sehingga didapat material yang sesuai dengan spesifikasi yang
diharapkan dengan harga yang relatif murah guna mendukung operasional pengeboran sumur migas dengan aman, efisien dan efektif.

At this globalization era, a lot of supplier offering drilling materials from various product like product from Chinese state by assorted of brand and product from nations of ex- fraction Uni Soviet vieing with product from United States which in this time is master of the market in Indonesia. Drilling material usually costly and have to have the tight specification because level of risk that happened if material used in bad well drilling quality. Considering to tighten the ~pecij/cation ofmaterial and the number of Supplier offering material from various the brand oblige the
Pertamina to be selective to select the supplier by considering various aspect among other things a,\pect quality rif product, price, delivery and RU,arantee supply. Supply
chain factor from supplier consisted by the Distributor or Factory ji-om another country and also condition factor of the producer very having an effect on to product quality, price, delivery and guarantee supply. With analysing supply chain factor of supplier and make the wight by using Analytical Hirarchy Process (AHP) to supplier and supply chain expected can be election the correctly supplier so that got a material matching with specification expected at the price of which cheap to relative utilize to support the operational of drilling of well migas safely, effective and
efficient.
