Abstract
Selama Ini Perusahan TV SBO Surabaya Dalam Menilai Kinerja Dari Perusahaan Hanya Melihat Dari Tolak Ukur Financial Saja. Dilain Sisi Pengukuran Kinerja Secara Finansial Tidaklah Cukup Mencerminkan Kinerja Organisasi Atau Perusahaan Secara Keseluruhan, Sehingga Dikembangkan Sebuah Konsep Balanced Scorecard Pada Penelitian Ini Juga Didukung Beberapa Metode Lain Seperti, RCA (Root Cause Analyze) Digunakan Untuk Mengetahui Akar Permasalahan Yang Ada Pada KPI (Key Performance Indicator) Empat Perspektif Scoring System Dan Traffic Light Untuk Pemberian Skor Pada /Criteria /Criteria 4 Perspektif AHP (Analytical Hierachy Process) Yang Digunakan Untuk Mengetahui Skala Nilai Prioritas Range Terbobot Untuk Hasil Improvement Dan
Value Analysis Digunakan Untuk Mengetahui Altematif Mana Yang Mempunyai Nilai Value Baik Hasil Yang Didapatkan Dari Penilitian Ini Dimcma Kinerja Perusahaan Seluruhnya Adalah 90.00% Dan Dikatakcm Sudah Baik. Pada Penelitian Ini Didapatkan 2 KPI Yang Kritis Yang Terdapat Pada Perspektif Customers Dan Learning & Growth. Setelah Itu Dicari Akar Permasalahan Dari KPI Kritis Didapatkan Tiga Akar Permasalahan Setelah Itu Dibuatkan Alternatif Perbaikan Dengan Dengan Mempertimbangkxm Value Analysis . Berdasarkcm Metode Tersebut Dihasilkan Tiga Altematif Rekomendasi Perbaikan. Sedangkan Berdasarkan Hasil Perhitungan Baik Pada Pengukuran Performansi Alternatif Dan Pengukuran Biaya Dan Value Didapatkan Hasil Bahwa Alternatif 3(C ) Yang Terbaik Karena Nilai Valuenya Besar yaitu Sebesar 1.65

So far, the SBO Surabaya TV Company in assessing the company's performance has only looked at financial benchmarks. On the other hand, financial performance measurement is not enough to reflect the performance of an organization or company as a whole, so a balanced scorecard concept was developed in this research which is also supported by several other methods such as RCA (Root Cause Analysis) which is used to find out the root of problems in KPI (Key Performance). Indicator) Four Perspectives of Scoring System and Traffic Lights for Giving Scores on / Criteria / Criteria 4 Perspectives of AHP (Analytical Hierachy Process) which are Used to Know the Weighted Range Priority Value Scale for Improvement Results and
Value Analysis is used to find out which alternative has good value. The results obtained from this research are that the overall company performance is 90.00% and is said to be good. In this research, 2 critical KPIs were found from the Customers and Learning & Growth perspectives. After that, we looked for the root of the problem from the critical KPIs. Three root problems were found. After that, alternative improvements were made by considering value analysis. Based on this method, three alternative recommendations for improvement were produced. Meanwhile, based on the results of good calculations on alternative performance measurements and cost and value measurements, it was found that Alternative 3(C) was the best because its value was large, namely 1.65
