Abstract

Penerapan sistem informasi dan teknologi informasi (SI/TI) akan bermanfaat jika penerapannya sesuai dengan tujuan, visi dan misi organisasi. Dalam hal ini organisasi perlu menetapkan strategi bisnis dan strategi SI/TI. Sehingga dibutuhkan suatu analisa berbagai faktor yang mempengaruhi terbentuknya suatu perencanaan strategi sistem atau teknologi informasi yang adaptable dan selaras dengan strategi bisnis. Pondok Pesantren Darul Ulum Jombang (PPDU) merupakan salah satu institusi pendidikan yang memandang bahwa pesantren perlu mengembangkan usahanya dengan dukungan penggunaan teknologi informasi yang tepat. Tugas akhir ini bertujuan untuk membuat portofolio aplikasi bagi PPDU yang sesuai dengan strategi bisnis dan kebutuhan. Pembuatan portofolio aplikasi ini akan diawali dengan identifikasi kondisi bisnis dan SI/TI internal maupun eksternal, selanjutnya dilakukan analisa SWOT untuk meneliti keadaan saat ini, kemudian hasil analisis tersebut diolah menggunakan pemetaan Balance Score Card dan analisa Critical Su ccess Factor sehingga memperoleh kebutuhan sistem informasi potensial. Hasil dari Tugas Akhir ini berupa rencana portofolio aplikasi yang disarankan untuk dikembangkan sehingga dapat menunjang proses bisnis dan sesuai dengan strategi PPDU.

The implementations of information systems and information technology (IS/IT) would be beneficial if the application in accordance with objectives, vision and mission of the organization. In this case the organization needs to establish business strategy and the strategy of IS/IT. So it takes an analysis of the various factors that influence the formation of strategic planning of information systems which adaptable and aligned with business strategy. Pondok Pesantren Darul Ulum (PPDU) is the one of educational institutions are looking at boarding school that should develop their business with the support of the appropriate use of information technology. This final project aims to create a portfolio applications fir PPDU in accordance with the business strategy and needs. Application portfolio of PPDU will begin with the identification of business conditions and the IS/IT internal and IS/IT extrenal, SWOT analysis to examine the current state and then the result of the analysis were processed to mappping Balanced Scorecard and Crictical Success Factor analysis to obtain potential information systems. The results of this final project are the recommended plan application porftolio to be developed so as to support business processes and strategies in accordance PPDU.
