Abstract
STIE Perbanas merupakan salah satu institusi pendidikan di bidang bisnis dan perbankan di Surabaya. STIE Perbanas juga ikut mengikuti perkembangan teknologi, saat ini STIE Perbanas mulai mengembangkan aplikasi Sistem Informasi Keuangan guna mendukung kemudahan proses bisnis keuangan di STIE Perbanas. Dalam implementasi sistem informasi keuangan akan muncul pengaruh implementasi sistem terhadap kinerja individu yang terlibat pada penggunaan aplikasi tersebut. Melalui tugas akhir ini akan dilakukan analisis keberhasilan sistem informasi dengan menggunakan model Information System Success Model (ISSM) dan metode analisis Struktural Equation Model untuk menganalisis hubungan-hubungan terstuktur dari variabel-variabel. hasil penelitian ini adalah membuktikan bahwa kualitas service, kualitas informasi, kualitass sistem berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan pengguna. Sedangkan kepuasan pengguna aplikasi sistem informasi pengelolaan anggaran keuangan akan berpengaruh terhadap dampak individu bagi seluruh karyawan engguna sistem informasi tersebut.

STIE Perbanas is one of the educational institutions in the field of business and banking in Surabaya. STIE Perbanas also follow the development of technology one of its, currently STIE Perbanas start developing applications for financial information systems to support the business processes of financial ease in STIE Perbanas. In the implementation of the financial information system would appear to influence the implementation of the system of the performance of the individuals involved in the use of that application. Based on existing problems, this thesis will be performed through an assessment by using the model of Information System Success Model (ISSM) and Structural Equation Model analysis method to analyze the structured relations of the variables.In addition,this method will help to assess the influence of information system on performance of individuals. The results of this search is to prove that the quality of service, quality of information, quality system is significant effect on user satisfaction. While the application user satisfaction financial budget management information system will affect the individual effects for all employees of the information system usser.
