Abstract

PT. Link Net (First Media) Surabaya dewasa ini tengah menjalankan proyek perluasan area pemasaran untuk wilayah Surabaya dan sekitarnya.. Dalam hal ini, First Media membutuhkan teknologi yang dapat merekam proses kinerja para sales saat bekerja di lapangan. Maka berdasarkan kebutuhan tersebut dibuatlah aplikasi Sales Activity Record System untuk menjembatani kebutuhan perusahaan dalam merekam hasil kinerja sales terhadap calon pelanggan. Aplikasi Sales Activity Record System dibuat berdasarkan metode waterfall modelling yang didalamnya terdapat beberapa tahapan pengembangan berupa perencanaan, analisa kebutuhan, perancangan desain aplikasi, implementasi, pemeliharaan aplikasi. Tahapan tersebut digunakan untuk menunjang dan mempermudah proses pembuatan aplikasi sesuai dengan kebutuhan perusahaan, sehingga dapat menghasilkan aplikasi sales activity record system yang memiliki fitur pengelolaan data pegawai, data calon pelanggan, data penjadwalan, dan data hasil survey. Hasil dari tahapan-tahapan berupa Aplikasi Sales Activity Record System berbasis Web yang memiliki fitur pengelolaan data pegawai (sales), pengelolaan data calon pelanggan, pengelolaan data tim, pengelolaan data penjadwalan tim, pengelolaan data hasil survey, dan dashboard untuk menampilkan tingkat kinerja dan potensi dari calon pelanggan pada masing-masing wilayah.

PT. Link Net (First Media) Surabaya in these days are running their expansion sales area project for Surabaya region and surrounding area.. In this case First Media requires the technology that can record the sales perfomance while working in the field, then made an application based on the needs of the Sales Activity record System for the company's need to record the results of the sales performance of the prospective customers. Application Sales Activity Record System created by modeling the waterfall method in which there are several stages of development such as planning, requirements analysis, application design planning, implementation, application maintenance. Stages are used to support and facilitate the process of making an application in accordance with the needs of the company, so as to produce an application record sales activity management system that features employee data, the data prospecting, scheduling data, and survey data. The results of the stages in the form of Application Sales Activity Record System that features a Web-based data management personnel (sales), a prospective customer data management, data management team, scheduling of data team management, data management survey, and a dashboard to display the level of performance and potential of prospective customers in each region.
