Abstract
Indonesia memiliki banyak kebudayaan yang tersebar di seluruh kepulauan Indonesia. Salah satu warisan budaya yang dimiliki Indonesia adalah cerita rakyat yang merupakan suatu ciri khas yang dimiliki daerah-daerah di Indonesia. Akan tetapi pada zaman ini, anak-anak sudah hampir tidak pernah mendengarnya lagi. Keberadaan cerita rakyat nusantara telah tergantikan dengan film-film luar negeri. Hal ini sangat disayangkan, karena cerita-cerita rakyat nusantara kaya akan makna dan pesan moral yang tinggi yang sangat baik untuk membentuk karakter bangsa Indonesia. Kurangnya fasilitas terhadap warisan budaya ini juga merupakan sebab lain dari mulai hilangnya cerita rakyat nusantara. Sehingga diperlukan teknologi (berupa website) yang mampu memfasilitasi masyarakat untuk mendapatkan kembali cerita-cerita rakyat nusantara dengan mudah. Untuk itu, diperlukan spesifikasi dan desain dari website sehingga tujuan penggunaan tekknologi tersebut dapat tercapai. Analisis kebutuhan IndonesianStory menggunakan metode Benchmarking terhadap tujuh website serupa untuk mendapatkan basic requirement, dan metode Goal Oriented Requirement Engineering (GORE) untuk mendapatkan kebutuhan sistem dari rumusan tujuan sistem. Untuk mendapatkan kebutuhan dengan GORE, dengan menyusun model aktor, Strategic Dependency, dan Strategic Rationale. Hasil dari analisis kebutuhan dan perancangan sistem ini adalah dokumen SKPL (Spesifikasi Kebutuhan Perangkat Lunak ) dan DPPL (Detail Perancangan Perangkat Lunak), serta desain antarmuka IndonesianStory. Dokumen tersebut nantinya dapat digunakan untuk pengembangan IndonesianStory dalam rangka pelestarian budaya Indonesia.

Indonesia has a lot of culture that spread across the Indonesia island. One of Indonesia's cultural heritage is a folklore that is a characteristic of possessed provinces in Indonesia. However, at this age, the kids are hardly heard it again. The existence of folklore has been replaced with foreign films. This is unfortunate, because the folklores are rich in meaning and have high moral value that very good to form the caharacter of Indonesia. Lack of facilities to cultural heritage is also another cause of the loss of a Indonesian folklore. Therefore it needs technology (such as websites) that can facilitate people to get back the Indonesian folklore easily. This requires the spesificatiob and design of a website so that the purpose of use the technology can be achieved. Requirement analysis of IndonesianStory using benchmarking to seven similar websites, to get a basic requiremnets, and Goal Oriented Requirement Engineering (GORE) where the requirement is obtained based on the goal of the system. To obtain requirements with GORE method, are create actors, strategic dependency, and strategic rationale models. The results of the requirements analysis and systems design are SRS (Software Requirement specificationn) document, Detailed Software Design documents, and interface design of IndonesianStory. The document will be used for the development to preserve the culture of Indonesia.
