Abstract

Proyek Flyover Siwalankerto Surabaya, adalah bagian dari proyek Jalan Tol Simpang Susun Waru-Bandara Juanda Surabaya. Flyover ini melewati dua daerah yaitu daerah pemukiman Makarya Binangun dan daerah Siwalankerto. Kedua daerah ini tentu saja menerima dampak dari pelaksanaan proyek tersebut. Oleh karena itu, kedua daerah ini menjadi lokasi dari penelitian mengenai dampak negatif yang terjadi beserta akibatnya dari pelaksanaan proyek tersebut. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dampak negatif apa yang paling berpengaruh dari pelaksanaan proyek Flyover Siwalankerto beserta akibatnya terhadap masyarakat dan lingkungan. Membandingkan pengaruh dampak negatif dari dua daerah tempat dilakukannya penelitian, yaitu daerah Siwalankerto dan Perumahan Makarya dengan cara menggunakan analisa Uji T. Hasil analisa menunjukkan bahwa dampak negatif yang paling berpengaruh untuk radius 0-25 meter pada daerah Siwalankerto adalah penyumbatan saluran air, dan untuk daerah Makarya adalah polusi udara terhadap properti, sedangkan radius 26-50 meter untuk daerah Siwalankerto adalah dampak kebisingan terhadap gangguan tidur, dan pada daerah Makarya adalah dampak getaran. Pada radius 51-75 meter untuk daerah Siwalankerto adalah dampak getaran, sedangkan pada daerah Makarya adalah terganggunya kesehatan akibat polusi udara. Sedangkan radius lebih dari 76 meter untuk daerah Siwalankerto adalah adanya protes dari masyarakat, untuk daerah Makaiya adalah ketegangan sosial antar masyarakat. Hasil Uji T menunjukkan bahwa terdapat banyak perbedaan pengaruh dari dampak negatif yang terjadi antara kedua daerah tempat dilakukannya penelitian

The Siwalankerto Surabaya Flyover Project is part of the Waru Interchange - Juanda Airport Surabaya Toll Road project. This flyover passes through two areas, namely the Makarya Binangun residential area and the Siwalankerto area. These two areas of course receive impacts from the implementation of the project. Therefore, these two areas became the location for research regarding the negative impacts that occurred and the consequences of implementing the project. This research aims to find out what negative impacts are most influential from the implementation of the Siwalankerto Flyover project and its consequences on society and the environment. Comparing the influence of negative impacts from the two areas where the research was conducted, namely the Siwalankerto area and Makarya Housing by using T Test analysis. The results of the analysis show that the most influential negative impact for a radius of 0-25 meters in the Siwalankerto area is blockage of water channels, and for the area Makarya is air pollution on property, while the 26-50 meter radius for the Siwalankerto area is the impact of noise on sleep disturbances, and in the Makarya area it is the impact of vibrations. In the 51-75 meter radius for the Siwalankerto area is the impact of vibrations, while in the Makarya area it is health problems due to air pollution. While a radius of more than 76 meters for the Siwalankerto area is a protest from the community, for the Makaiya area it is social tension between communities. The results of the T Test show that there are many differences in the influence of negative impacts that occur between the two areas where the research was conducted
