Abstract
Banyak perusahaan yang telah menerapkan ERP, salah satunya adalah PT. XYZ yang telah menerapkan SAP ERP. Salah satu proses bisnis yang didukung dengan aplikasi ini adalah pergudangan. Proses pergudangan akan sangat menentukan proses produksi karena material dipasok dari bagian warehouse. Namun kenyataanya terdapat beberapa permasalahan yang timbul dari proses pergudangan salah satunya pada saat penerimaan material yang baru dibeli, salah satunya masalah kualitas material. Sehingga dibutuhkan analisis dampak kualitas material terhadap proses penerimaan barang pada bagian warehouse. Melalui tugas akhir ini akan dianalis proses yang terjadi saat penerimaan material dengan teknik process mining menggunakan Duplicate Genetic Algorithm (DGA). Tools yang digunakan untuk memodelkan proses bisnis penerimaan material produksi adalah Disco dan ProM. Tujuan tugas akhir ini adalah membuat model proses untuk proses penerimaan material di PT. XYZ sehingga dapat memberikan rekomendasi untuk meningkatkan kinerja proses terseb ut. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah model proses penerimaan material produksi dan rekomendasi terhadap proses penerimaan material produksi di PT. XYZ sehingga dapat digunakan sebagai dasar perbaikan proses.

Many enterprises have implemented ERP, one of them is PT. XYZ that has implemented SAP ERP. One of business processes supported by this application is warehousing. Warehousing process will determine the production process due to production materials are supplied from warehouse. But the fact is there are some problems arising from warehousing process upon newly purchase materials are received. The problem is about material quality. Through this final project, the analysis will be conducted in material production receipt process with process mining technique using Duplicate Genetic Algorithm (DGA). This research is using Disco and ProM to develop process model of production material receipt business process. The objectives of this final project is to develop process model for material receipt process in PT. XYZ so that can give recommendations to improve the process preformance. The result of this research is process model of production material receipt business process and to give recommendations toward produc tion materials receipt process to improve the existing process in PT. XYZ.
