Abstract

Kawasan Margonda Depok merupakan salah satu kawasan padat aktivitas dan kendaraan yang ada di Kota Depok. Dalam RTRW Kota Depok 2012 – 2032, kawasan ini berfungsi sebagai kawasan strategis bidang ekonomi. Bersamaan dengan status Kawasan Margonda sebagai kawasan strategis bidang ekonomi, Kota Depok juga akan mengembangkan kawasan-kawasan di sekitar stasiun transit menjadi kawasan Transit Oriented Development. EvOleh karena itu dibutuhkan penilaian keramahan kawasan terhadap pejalan kaki sehingga implementasi konsep TOD yang menunjang pengguna moda non motorized dapat tepat sasaran sesuai dengan hasil penilaian keramahan kawasan terhadap pejalan kaki. Studi evaluasi ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan kriteria-kriteria walkability yaitu kelengkapan fasilitas pejalan kaki, persimpangan, dimensi jalur pejalan kaki, hambatan, konflik dengan moda lain, kepadatan komersil dan permukiman serta keberagaman penggunaan lahan. Evaluasi kriteria kriteria walkability pada Kawasan Margonda dilakukan menggunakan analisis kriteria, analisis keberagaman penggunaan lahan, analisis kepadatan bangunan dan analisis keberpihakan moda. Untuk menghasilkan nilai pada tiap-tiap ruas jalan, digunakan metode skoring dan pembobotan tiap kriteria dengan metode Analytical Hierarchy Process. Hasil evaluasi Kawasan Margonda menunjukkan bahwa mayoritas ruas jalan di Kawasan Margonda telah memiliki tingkat keramahan pejalan kaki yang tinggi dengan perolehan 8 ruas jalan dengan tingkat keramahan rendah, 2 ruas jalan dengan tingkat keramahan sedang, 8 ruas jalan dengan tingkat keramahan tinggi dan 3 ruas jalan dengan tingkat keramahan sangat tinggi. Berdasarkan hasil evaluasi ini, kawasan margonda direkomendasikan untuk melakukan penambahan atribut fasilitas pejalan kaki, penerapan konsep ruang jalan bersama, penertiban dan penerapan aturan yang mengatur aktifitas di sepanjang ruas jalan, serta perencanaan jangka panjang yang berbasis keramahan pejalan kaki.

Margonda Area is one of the high-dense activity and vehicle area in Depok. Based on RTRW Kota Depok 2012 – 2032, Margonda Area also develop as a strategic area for the business sector. Along with this direction, Margonda area is developing the area around transit station using Transit Oriented Development concept. Therefore, it is necessary to assess the pedestrian friendliness of the area to know what the area needs to be more friendly towards the pedestrian. By assessing the pedestrian friendliness, it can support the implementation of TOD concept by evaluating the needs of non-motorized users. This evaluation study conducted using several walkability criteria, namely the completeness of pedestrian facilities, intersections, dimensions of pedestrian ways, obstacles, conflicts with other modes, commercial and residential density and diversity of land use. The evaluation process conducted using criteria analysis, land use diversity analysis, density analysis, and mode propensity analysis. For calculating friendliness score, the evaluation using scoring method and Analytical Hierarchy Process for weighting the walkability criteria. The results of the evaluation show that the majority of the Margonda area has a high level of pedestrian friendliness with the acquisition of 8 roads with a low friendliness level, 2 roads with a moderate friendliness level, 8 roads with a high friendliness level and 3 roads with a very high friendliness level. Based on the evaluation, Margonda Area should considering the pedestrian facilities completeness, implementing shared street concept and enforce regulation about activities around the pedestrian ways, also implementing pedestrian friendliness into a long-term urban planning.
