Abstract
Pasca merger PT Pelindo, PT Pelindo Terminal Petikemas merupakan salah satu perusahaan sub-holding dibidang petikemas. Sehingga dalam mempertahankan konsistensinya terhadap menerapkan program K3 pasca merger, PT Pelindo Terminal Petikemas perlu memahami tentang pentingnya peran safety leadership, safety culture, safety behavior, dan safety performance dalam keberhasilan program K3. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh peran safety leadership terhadap safety culture dan safety performance, pengaruh safety culture dan safety behavior terhadap safety performance, serta pengaruh safety behavior dalam memediasi hubungan safety leadership dan safety performance, dan safety culture terhadap safety performance pada PT Pelindo Terminal Petikemas. Sampel merupakan 130 karyawan yang kemudian dianalisis dengan menggunakan metode Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) dengan software SmartPLS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa safety leadership berpengaruh signifikan terhadap safety culture dan safety performance. Safety culture dan safety behavior berpengaruh signifikan terhadap safety performance. Sementara safety behavior mampu memediasi hubungan antara safety culture dan safety performance, namun safety behavior tidak mampu memediasi hubungan antara safety leadership dan safety performance.

After the merger of company PT Pelindo, PT Pelindo Terminal Petikemas became one of the sub-holding companies in containers. In maintaining consistency with the implementation of Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) after the merger, PT Pelindo Terminal Petikemas needs to understand the importance of safety leadership, safety culture, safety behavior, and safety performance in the OHS program's success. The study aimed to determine the effect of safety leadership on safety culture and safety performance, the effect of safety culture and safety behavior on safety performance, and safety behavior to act as a mediation between safety leadership and safety performance, and safety culture on safety performance at PT Pelindo Terminal Petikemas. Samples are 130 employees, which are then analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with SmartPLS software. The results showed that safety leadership has a significant effect on safety culture and safety performance. Safety culture and safety behavior have a significant effect on safety performance. Safety behavior can mediate between safety culture and performance, while safety behavior cannot act as mediation between safety leadership and performance.
