Abstract

Direktorat Pengembangan Teknologi dan Sistem Informasi (DPTSI) merupakan salah satu instansi internal yang
bertugas untuk menyediakan dan mengelola layanan Teknologi Informasi di lingkungan Institut Teknologi Sepuluh Nopember (ITS). Produk yang kami kerjakan saat melakukan Kerja Praktik adalah MyITS Academics, yaitu sistem informasi untuk menangani proses kemahasiswaan maupun administrasi seputar kegiatan perkuliahan di ITS.
Aplikasi dibuat dengan menggunakan kerangka kerja NextJS dan terdiri dari dua modul, yaitu modul Self Assessment
Report (SAR) dan Indeks Prestasi Dosen (IPD). Kami diminta untuk membuat desain yang tepat agar sistem dapat memenuhi kebutuhan dari setiap studi kasus. Sistem ini menggunakan metode atomic design dengan version controller berupa BitBucket.

Direktorat Pengembangan Teknologi dan Sistem Informasi (DPTSI) is one of the internal agencies responsible for providing and managing Information Technology services within the Institut Teknologi Sepuluh Nopember (ITS) environment. During our internship, the product we worked on was MyITS Academics, a system designed to handle student processes and administrative activities related to teaching at ITS. The application was developed using the NextJS framework and consists of two modules: the Self Assessment Report (SAR) and the Indeks Prestasi Dosen (IPD). We were tasked with designing the system in a way that meets the requirements of each specific case study. This system adopts the atomic design method and uses BitBucket as its version control.
