Abstract
Rumah Sakit (RS) sebagai penyedia layanan kesehatan memiliki berbagai “ Strategic Business Unit (SBU) " yang saling terkait, seperti Apotek, Instalasi Rawat Inap( IRNA ), Instalasi Rawat jalan (IRJA), Laboratorium, dan lain sebagainya. SBU Rawat Jalan merupakan unit penting di RS, karena selain frekuensi pelayanannya yang tinggi , juga hampir semua layanan dari SBU-SBU lain berawal dari unit ini . Berdasarkan karakteristik tersebut, pertukaran data antar unit di RS menjadi prioritas utama yang harus dicari solusinya, seperti: konsistensi , integrasi dan akses data. Oleh karena itu perlu rancangan dan aplikasi rawat jalan yang dapat terpadu dengan aplikasi-aplikasi di rumah sakit. Pengembangan aplikasi ini dimulai dengan mengumpulkan data , menganalisa kebutuhan, mendesain sistem, implementasi desain dan uji coba aplikasi. Uji coba aplikasi dilakukan untuk menguji apakah fungsi yang diimplementasikan telah memenuhi seluruh kebutuhan pengguna dan apakah integrasi antar modul dalam Sistem Informasi Rumah Sakit Terpadu(SIRST ) sudah berjalan. Hasilnya berupa aplikasi rawat jalan yang memiliki fungsi pengelolaan antrian, pembuatan usulan obat, menampilkan jadwal praktek poliklinik , penambahan status medis, pembuatan surat medis, pembuatan resep, pengajuan retur dan permintaan ke pengadaan, pengajuan mutasi ke apotek serta pembuatan laporan. Aplikasi ini juga terintegrasi dengan modid kasir, pengadaan, layanan konsumen, IRNA dan apotek

Hospitals (RS) as health service providers have various interrelated "Strategic Business Units (SBUs), such as pharmacies, inpatient installations (IRNA), outpatient installations (IRJA), laboratories, and so on. Outpatient SBUs are an important unit in the hospital, because apart from its high frequency of service, almost all services from other SBUs originate from this unit. Based on these characteristics, data exchange between units in the hospital is a top priority for which solutions must be sought, such as: consistency, integration and data access. Therefore, outpatient design and applications are needed that can be integrated with hospital applications. The development of this application begins with collecting data, analyzing needs, designing the system, implementing the design and testing the application. Application testing is carried out to test whether the implemented functions meet all user needs and whether integration between modules in the Integrated Hospital Information System (SIRST) is running. The result is an outpatient application that has the functions of managing queues, making drug suggestions, displaying polyclinic practice schedules, adding medical status, making medical letters, making prescriptions, submitting returns and requests to procurement, submitting transfers to pharmacies and making reports. This application is also integrated with cashier mods, procurement, consumer services, IRNA and pharmacies
