Abstract
Di Industri farmasi PT. “X” suatu penelitian dan pengembangan produk yang berkaitan dengan ketepatan suatu rancangan produk atau proses sangat diperlukan untuk mengetahui berapa lama masa optimal kadaluarsa suatu obat yang dapat dicapai. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk menentukan masa kadaluarsa suatu obat dengan menggunakan metode yang digunakan secara penerapan ilmu statistika yaitu Profile Analysis, Growth Curves Models, dan Metode peramalan. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data pengamatan stabilitas produk obat antibiotik jenis tablet dengan bahan aktif / formula baru yaitu jenis tablet “A” dengan variabel yang digunakan adalah potensi (y1), Moisture (y2), Disolusi (y3), dan Disintegrasi (y4). Hasil yang diperoleh dari penelitian yang dilakukan ini diperoleh kesimpulan bahwa batch pengamatan tidak berpengaruh terhadap stabilitas obat. Dengan menggunakan metode statistika yaitu Growth Curves Models dan Metode peramalan diketahui prediksi kondisi stabilitas obat jenis tablet “A” hingga diperoleh masa kadaluarsa dari obat jenis tablet “A” adalah kurang dari 2 tahun yaitu keluar batas stabil pada bulan ke-9 untuk metode Growth Curve Analysis dan bulan ke-18 dengan menggunakan metode Winters. sehingga disimpulkan bahwa masa kadaluarsa obat jenis tablet “A” tidak dapat diperpanjang lebih dari 2 tahun.

In the pharmaceutical industry of PT.“X”, a research and product development that is concerned with the exactness a draft of product or process of indispensable to know how long the optimal expiration of drug can be accomplished. This research was conducted to determine the expiration period of the drug by using a statistical method of Profile Analysis, Growth Curves, and methods of Forecasting Models. The data used in this research is data observation stability medicine products kinds of antibiotics tablets with the active ingredient and new formula that is a kind of tablet “A” with a variable used are a potential ( y1 ), moisture ( y2 ), disolusi ( y3 ), and disintegration ( y4 ). The result obtained from research is obtained the conclusion that a batch of observation not affect the stability of medicine. Using statistical methods, namely Growth Curves Models and methods of forecasting known drug stability condition prediction type tablet “A” until the expiration period of the drug obtained types of tablets “A” is less than 2 years i.e. stable out of bounds in the 9th for Growth Curve Analysis method and the 18th month by using the method of Winters. So it is concluded that the expiration drug of the tablets “A” are cannot be extended more than two years.
