Abstract

Dalam mengembangkan Enterprise Architecture (EA), maka perlu mengadopsi atau memilih Framework EA untuk Pengembangan Enterprise Architecture. Khususnya untuk Perguruan Tinggi Muhammadiyah dalam pengembangan Blueprint layanan Teknologi Informasi baik untuk layanan akademik maupun non akademik. Banyak berbagai Framework yang dapat digunakan untuk pengembangan Enterprise Architecture yang digunakan di antaranya adalah TOGAF, Zachman Framework dan DoDaf. Beberapa dari Framework EA ini dikembangkan untuk area yang sangat spesifik, sementara yang lain memiliki fungsi yang lebih luas. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memilih Framework EA untuk Perguruan Tinggi Muhammadiyah menggunakan perhitungan metode Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) dan Analytic Network Process (ANP) meliputi 5 kriteria EA dari Penelitian sebelumnya yaitu Kriteria Reasoned, Cohesive, Adaptable, Vendor-independent dan Technology-independent kemudian di proses menggunakan metode TOPSIS, Analytical Hierarchy Process dan Analytic Network Process. Hasil perhitungan dengan metode TOPSIS, AHP dan ANP menunjukkan bahwa TOGAF merupakan Framework EA yang direkomendasikan untuk di implementasikan Pada Perguruan Tinggi Muhammadiyah karena memenuhi kriteria dan Metode TOPSIS sebagai metode yang mempunyai Nilai optimum.

In developing Enterprise Architecture (EA), it is necessary to adopt or choose an EA Framework for Enterprise Architecture Development. Particularly for Muhammadiyah Higher Education in the development of Blueprints for Information Technology services for both academic and non-academic services. There are many frameworks that can be used for Enterprise Architecture development, including TOGAF, Zachman Framework and DoDaf. Some of these EA Frameworks were developed for very specific areas, while others have a broader range of functions. This study aims to select an EA Framework for Muhammadiyah Higher Education using the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) and Analytic Network Process (ANP) methods by covering 5 EA criteria from previous research including Reasoned, Cohesive, Adaptable, Vendor-independent and Technology-independent criteria. processed using the TOPSIS method, Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) and Analytic Network Process (ANP). The results of calculations using the TOPSIS, AHP and ANP methods show that TOGAF is an EA Framework that is recommended to be implemented at Muhammadiyah Higher Education because it meets the criteria and the TOPSIS method as a method that has optimum value.
