Abstract

Kematangan Manajemen Risiko / Risk Management Maturity (RMM) merupakan pendekatan dalam manajemen risiko yang dirancang untuk mengukur tingkat kematangan sebuah organisasi dalam pengelolaan risiko. Penilaian terhadap RMM sangat dipengaruhi oleh tipe dan lingkup perusahaan. Berdasarkan pemetaan dan tinjauan literatur terkini, penilaian RMM pada perusahaan konstruksi, khususnya perusahaan EPC konstruksi masih sangat sedikit dan membutuhkan eksplorasi lebih lanjut. Pada penelitian ini variabel RMM didapatkan melalui tinjauan literatur yang komprehensif dan diskusi dengan para pakar/praktisi. Metode sampling non-probabilitas (purposive sampling) digunakan dalam penelitian ini. Responden penelitian adalah para pakar/praktisi manajemen risiko. Indeks RMM dihitung melalui proses pembobotan dan penilaian skor. Pembobotan dilakukan menggunakan metode pairwise comparison, sementara penilaian skoring di gunakan untuk menilai kondisi RMM perusahaan. Untuk Validasi model, perusahaan EPC konstruksi, PT. XYZ dijadikan sebagai studi kasus. Temuan dari penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat 6 faktor dan 27 indikator yang memiliki signifikansi dalam mengembangkan model usulan RMM untuk perusahaan konstruksi yang berfokus pada EPC. Model RMM yang diusulkan ini dapat diterapkan secara efektif dalam studi kasus perusahaan, dengan tujuan mengukur tingkat kedewasaan pengelolaan risiko dalam konteks perusahaan EPC di bidang konstruksi. Hasil dari penelitian ini selain dapat menjadi panduan bagi perusahaan sejenis dalam menilai kemampuan dan tingkat kedewasaan proses bisnis mereka, juga dapat digunakan sebagai baseline dalam merencanakan langkah-langkah untuk meningkatkan kualitas dan efektivitas proses bisnis terkait pengelolaan risiko di organisasi tersebut.

Risk Management Maturity (RMM) is an approach in risk management designed to measure the level of maturity an organization possesses in managing risks. The assessment of RMM is highly influenced by the type and scope of the company. Based on current literature mapping and review, the assessment of RMM within construction companies, particularly those focused on Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC), remains quite limited and requires further exploration. In this study, RMM variables were obtained through comprehensive literature review and discussions with experts/practitioners. A non-probability sampling method (purposive sampling) was employed for this research. The study's respondents consisted of risk management experts/practitioners. The RMM index was calculated through a weighting and scoring assessment process. Weighting was conducted using the pairwise comparison method, while scoring assessment was utilized to evaluate the RMM status of companies. For model validation, a construction EPC company, PT. XYZ, was chosen as the case study. The research findings indicate that there are 6 factors and 27 indicators that hold significance in developing the proposed RMM model for construction companies focusing on EPC projects. This suggested RMM model can be effectively applied in the case study of a company, with the aim of measuring the level of risk management maturity within the context of EPC construction companies. The results of this research, besides serving as a guide for similar companies to assess their business process capabilities and maturity levels, can also be used as a baseline for planning steps to enhance the quality and effectiveness of risk management-related business processes within the organization.
