Struktur gedung The Twin Tower Apartment Surabaya telah direncanakan dengan menggunakan metode daktilitas terbatas dengan pemilihan daerah gempa sedang, sesuai dengan kondisi kota Surabaya dan sekitamya. Struktur gedung ini dirancang kembali untuk diaplikasikan didaerah yang memiliki resiko gempa tinggi (Wilayah gempa 5) dengan menggunakan Sistem Rangka Pemikul Momen Khusus (SRPMK). Namun untuk data penyelidikan tanahyang akan digunakan untuk perencanaan struktur bawah tetap menggunakan data penyelidikan tanah di lokasi proyek Gedung Apartement yaitu di Kawasan Kalisari Surabaya. Perencanaan ulang gedung ini berdasarkan ”Tata Cara Perencanaan Perhitungan Struktur Beton Untuk Bangunan Gedung (SNI 03-2847-2002)" dan "Tata Cara Perencanaan Ketahanan Gempa untuk Bangunan Gedung (SNI 03-1726- 2002)". Hasil perencanaan ulang struktur gedung Apartemen The Twin Tower ini terdiri dari portal beton dengan tulangan utama diameter 25 mm (D25), tulangan geser diameter 12 mm, atap menggunakan beton bertulang, dan pondasi menggunakan tiang pancang beton pracetak diameter 50 cm

The structure of The Twin Tower Apartment Surabaya building has been planned using the limited ductility method by selecting moderate earthquake areas, in accordance with the conditions of the city of Surabaya and its surroundings. This building structure was re-designed to be applied in areas with a high earthquake risk (Earthquake Area 5) using a Special Moment Resisting Frame System (SRPMK). However, for soil investigation data that will be used for substructure planning, soil investigation data at the Apartment Building project location, namely in the Kalisari area of Surabaya, will still be used. The re-planning of this building is based on "Planning Procedures for Calculating Concrete Structures for Buildings (SNI 03-2847-2002)" and "Planning Procedures for Earthquake Resistance for Buildings (SNI 03-1726-2002)". The results of the re-planning of the structure of the Apartment Building The Twin Tower consists of a concrete portal with main reinforcement with a diameter of 25 mm (D25), shear reinforcement with a diameter of 12 mm, a roof using reinforced concrete, and a foundation using precast concrete piles with a diameter of 50 cm
