Abstract

Jl Raya Waru merupakan salah satu jalan yang rawan kemacetan, hal ini karena J1 Raya Waru merupakan jalan yang menghubungkan kota Sidoarjo dengan Surabaya dimana memiliki tingkat mobilitas yang tinggi. Oleh karena itu diperlukan suatu studi khusus untuk mengetahui tingkat kinerja segmen jalan tersebut. Penelitian ini di fokuskan pada Segmen J1 Raya Waru yaitu mulai persimpangan di J1 Brigjen Katamso sampai persimpangan flyover Bungurasih. Dalam melakukan analisa kinerja berdasarkan MKJI 1997, dan bantuan program KAJ1 v.1.10 untuk mempercepat proses pengukuran. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui faktor-faktor penyebab kemacetan yang dapat diindikasikan melalui nilai kapasitas, derajat kejenuhan, tundaan, peluang antrian, kecepatan aktual dan waktu tempuh. Dari hasil penelitian terlihat bahwa pada kondisi eksisting segmen persimpangan J1 Brigjend Katamso-J1 Raya Waru sampai persimpangan flyover Bungurasih memiliki tingkat kemacetan yang tinggi, dengan nilai derajat kejenuhan sudah diatas 0,75, pada jam-jam puncaknya. Seperti di persimpangan Jl Brigjen Katamso-Jl Raya Waru tingkat DS tertinggi 1.385, tingkat DS tertinggi di J1 Raya Warn sebesar 1.120 dan pada persimpangan flyover Bungurasih tingkat DS tertinggi sebesar 1.347. Maka dilakukan beberapa upaya untuk mengatasi masalah tersebut, dengan melakukan perbaikan geometrik dan pengaturan persimpangan

Jl Raya Waru is a road that is prone to congestion, this is because J1 Raya Waru is a road that connects the city of Sidoarjo with Surabaya, which has a high level of mobility. Therefore, a special study is needed to determine the level of performance of this road segment. This research focuses on the J1 Raya Waru Segment, namely from the intersection at J1 Brigjen Katamso to the Bungurasih flyover intersection. In carrying out performance analysis based on MKJI 1997, and assistance from the KAJ1 v.1.10 program to speed up the measurement process. This research aims to determine the factors causing congestion which can be indicated through capacity values, degree of saturation, delays, queuing opportunities, actual speed and travel time. From the research results, it can be seen that in the existing conditions, the J1 Brigjend Katamso-J1 Raya Waru intersection segment to the Bungurasih flyover intersection has a high level of congestion, with a saturation degree value already above 0.75, at peak hours. For example, at the J1 Brigjen Katamso-Jl Raya Waru intersection the highest DS level is 1,385, the highest DS level at J1 Raya Warn is 1,120 and at the Bungurasih flyover intersection the highest DS level is 1,347. So several efforts were made to overcome this problem, by making geometric improvements and arranging intersections
