Abstract

Dalam lingkungan saat ini, Knowledge Management (KM) merupakan salah satu pengetahuan penting karena dapat mendorong peningkatan berkelanjutan dalam organisasi. Terdapat beberapa komponen penting di dalam manajemen pengetahuan yang perlu diketahui dan telah dikembangkan akhir-akhir ini. Salah satunya yaitu model KM di perusahaan keluarga. Terdapat tiga macam pemicu perilaku (behavioral triggers) dalam proses KM di perusahaan keluarga, yaitu Family Willingness, Family Ability as Discretion, dan Family Ability as Resource. Pemicu perilaku merupakan segala sesuatu yang menyebabkan atau memicu perbedaan perilaku dalam bertindak akan suatu hal di dalam organisasi. Pengetahuan mengenai hal ini penting untuk dikembangkan karena lingkungan yang dinamis tidak bisa hanya melihat dari tiga faktor pemicu perilaku yang sudah ada sebelumnya. Selain itu, penelitian sebelumnya menunjukkan bahwa faktor terlibatnya pihak Eksternal menjadi faktor pengaruh pada proses KM. Pada penelitian ini dilakukan pengembangan faktor pemicu perilaku dalam framework KM di perusahaan keluarga. Selain itu, dilakukan analisis model bagaimana hubungan atau pengaruh empat proses KM terhadap kinerja organisasi sehingga dapat diketahui model baru KM di perusahaan keluarga. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan survei menggunakan kuesioner di mana setiap pertanyaan atau pernyataan digunakan skala likert 1-5. Uji Validitas dan reliabilitas instrumen berturut-turut menggunakan nilai Cronbach Alpha dan nilai r di mana dilakukan terhadap sebanyak 100 data dan dilanjutkan dengan uji normalitas dengan menggunakan metode Skewness dan Kurtosis. Semua uji awal baik uji validitas, reliabilitas, dan normalitas menggunakan software SPSS. Apabila dari pengujian normalitas terdapat beberapa indikator yang tidak berdistribusi normal, maka digunakan tipe PLS-SEM namun apabila semua indikator berdistribusi normal digunakan CB-SEM. Hasil pengolahan data dengan SPSS menunjukkan bahwa semua instrument atau semua indikator valid dan reliabel. Berdasarkan hasil uji normalitas, indikator tidak berdistribusi normal secara keseluruhan sehingga perhitungan SEM menggunakan metode PLS-SEM. Hasil pengolahan data dengan PLS-SEM menunjukkan bahwa variabel keterlibatan eksternal memiliki pengaruh searah dan signifikan terhadap tiga pemicu perilaku lainnya. Selain itu, variabel tersebut memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap Knowledge Creation, Knowledge Storage, Knowledge Sharing. Variabel Knowledge Creation memiliki pengaruh yang kecil dan tidak signifikan terhadap kinerja perusahaan. Selain itu, tiga vi proses KM yang lain yaitu Knowledge Storage, Knowledge Sharing, dan Knowledge Application memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap kinerja perusahaan.

In the current environment, Knowledge Management (KM) is an important knowledge because it can encourage continuous improvement in organizations. There are several important components in knowledge management that need to be known and have been developed recently. One of them is the KM model in family companies. There are three types of behavioral triggers in the KM process in family companies, namely Family Willingness, Family Ability as Discretion, and Family Ability as Resource. Behavioral triggers are anything that causes or triggers differences in behavior in acting on something within the organization. Knowledge about this is important to develop because a dynamic environment cannot only look at the three factors that trigger behavior that already exist. In addition, previous research shows that the involvement of external parties is an influencing factor on the KM process. In this research, behavioral trigger factors were developed in the KM framework in family companies. In addition, a model analysis was carried out on the relationship or influence of the four KM processes on organizational performance so that a new model of Knowledge Management in family companies can be identified. Data collection was carried out by survey using a questionnaire where each question or statement used a 1- 5 Likert scale. Validity and reliability tests of the instruments respectively used Cronbach Alpha values and r values which were carried out on 100 data and continued with normality tests using the Skewness and Kurtosis methods. All initial tests, including validity, reliability and normality tests, used SPSS software. If from the normality test there are several indicators that are not normally distributed, then the PLS-SEM type is used, but if all the indicators are normally distributed, CB-SEM is used. The results of data processing with SPSS show that all instruments or all indicators are valid and reliable. Based on the results of the normality test, the indicators are not normally distributed as a whole so the SEM calculation uses the PLS-SEM method. The results of data processing using PLS-SEM show that the external involvement variable has a directional and significant influence on the other three behavioral triggers. Apart from that, this variable has a significant influence on Knowledge Creation, Knowledge Storage, Knowledge Sharing. The Knowledge Creation variable has a small and insignificant influence on company performance. Apart from that, three other KM processes, namely Knowledge Storage, Knowledge Sharing, and Knowledge Application, have a significant influence on company performance.
