Abstract

Peningkatan berkelanjutan (countinous improvement ) terhadap kualitas pelayanan kepada Stakeholders,termasuk penumpang, merupakan wujud komitmen PT. Angkasa Pura I untuk memberikan layanan prima. Guna mewujudkan hal tersebut, maka dibutuhkan infrastruktur dan fasilitas penunjang yang memadai. Salah satu fasilitas penunjang yang sangat penting ada1ah fasilitas Check-in Counter sebagai sarana untuk pemeriksaan tiket, mencatat/mendaftar calon penumpang dan bagasinya di area Check-in Counter. Sebagaimana evaluasi tren perkembangan jumlah penumpang domestik yang sangat signifikan selama 3 tahun terakhir.Oleh karena itu, untuk mengimbangi permintaan pelayanan pada fasilitas Check-in Counter dimana mempunyai kecenderungan mengalami peningkatan.Maka perlu dilakukan evaluasi pada fasilitas Check-in Counter terkait dengan jumlah, waktu pelayanan, waktu tunggu dan panjang antrian untuk kondisi saat ini dan kondisi 10 tahun mendatang. Berdasarkan distribusi IATA tingkat kedatangan penumpang saat peak hour sebesar 1318 penumpang/jam.Sementara itu waktu tunggu minimal (WP-fBimaJ ) dan maksimal (WP^^i ) interval keyakinan 95% yaitu 0,7 menit dan 1,54 menit. Hasil evaluasi pada kondisi saat ini diperoleh jumlah Check-in Counter sebesar 38 buah, hal ini berarti fasilitas tersebut masih mampu melayani. Dari evaluasi forecast Check- in Counter selama 10 tahun mendatang (2007-2016), kemampuan daya layan hanya sampai pada tahun ke-6 (2012) dengan jumlah 40 buah, maka setelah itu diperlukan pengembangan Check-in counter; baik dari segi jumlah, metode pelayanan check in counter maupun perluasan area

Continuous improvement (continuous improvement) in the quality of service to stakeholders, including passengers, is a manifestation of PT's commitment. Angkasa Pura I to provide excellent service. In order to realize this, adequate infrastructure and supporting facilities are needed. One of the very important supporting facilities is the Check-in Counter facility as a means of checking tickets, recording/registering prospective passengers and their baggage in the Check-in Counter area. As an evaluation of the development trend in the number of domestic passengers which has been very significant over the last 3 years. Therefore, to balance the demand for services at the Check-in Counter facility which has a tendency to increase. It is necessary to evaluate the Check-in Counter facility in relation to the number and time. service, waiting time and queue length for current conditions and conditions in the next 10 years. Based on the IATA distribution, the passenger arrival rate during peak hour is 1318 passengers/hour. Meanwhile, the minimum (WP-fBimaJ) and maximum (WP^^i) waiting times for the 95% confidence interval are 0.7 minutes and 1.54 minutes. The results of the evaluation on current conditions showed that the number of Check-in Counters was 38, this means that the facility is still capable of serving. From the evaluation of Check-in Counter forecasts for the next 10 years (2007-2016), serviceability only reached 40 in the 6th year (2012), so after that it was necessary to develop Check-in counters; both in terms of numbers, check-in counter service methods and area expansion
