Abstract

Pada penelitian ini dilakukan optimasi penyangga mold pada produk cup zero cooling mengunakan metode element hingga. proses pembuatan cup biasanya dilakukan mengunakan proses thermoforming. pada kali ini proses pembuatan cup mengunakan proses blow molding. dilakukanya proses optimasi pada penyangga mold yang ada pada sistem blow molding pada produk cup zero cooling adalah untuk mendapatkan desain yang optimal dan waktu pemesinan yang efisien sehingga biaya operasional menjadi lebih murah.

In this research, mold support optimization was carried out on zero cooling cup products using the finite element method. The cup making process is usually carried out using a thermoforming process. This time the cup making process uses a blow molding process. The optimization process carried out on the mold supports in the blow molding system for cup zero cooling products is to obtain an optimal design and efficient machining time so that operational costs are cheaper.
