Abstract
Pondasi pada umumnya berlaku sebagai komponen struktur pendukung bangunan yang terbawah dan berfungsi sebagai elemen terakhir yang meneruskan beban ke tanah.Untuk pondasi mesin harus didesain agar dapat memikul semua beban diatasnya baik itu beban statis dari mesin dan beban dinamis yang dihasilkan saat mesin itu beroperasi. Hal ini dipandang sangat penting karena beban dinamis yang terjadi berulangulang harus dapat diperhitungkan dengan baik agar pondasi dapat meredam daripada getaran yang ditimbulkan oleh mesin dan menghilangkan efek resonansi yang dapat ditimbulkan pada struktur tersebut. Dalam tugas akhir ini dibahas mengenai perencanaan pondasi untuk mesin Heating Medium Circulation Pump di Ujung Pangkah-Gresik berdasarkan beban statis dan beban dinamis. Didalam analisa beban statis diperhitungan daya dukung pondasi dan perhitungan penurunan pondasi (settlement).Kemudian untuk analisa beban dinamis menentukan besarnya amplitudo yang terjadi dan menentukan supaya getaran yang terjadi tidak menggangu manusia dan lingkungan disekitarnya dengan menggunakan metode lumped parameter system, serta merencanakan penulangan pile cap dari pondasi mesin tersebut. Dengan pertimbangan dari keadaan lingkungan dan data tanah dimana lokasi mesin berada, disimpulkan bahwa pondasi yang digunakan adalah pondasi tiang pancang dengan mengandalkan lekatan tiang dengan tanah (friction pile) karena tanahnya dominan tanah lempung. Dari hasil perencanaan didapatkan pondasi terdiri dari 9 buah tiang dengan diameter 0,5 meter pada kedalaman 21 meter serta ketebalan pile cap 0,6 meter dengan dimensi pile cap 3,2 m x 3,8 m x 0,6 m. Digunakan tulangan pile cap D19 — 150 mm untuk tulangan atas dan tulangan bawah. Mesin ini memiliki frekuensi 3000 rpm dan besarnya amplitudo vertikal yang terjadi sebesar 0,000112 inch sehingga termasuk dalam kategori lingkungan ’’Easily Noticeable to Persons”dan amlpitudo horisontal sebesar 0,000018 inch kategori lingkungan dalam zona A (no faults)

Foundations generally act as the lowest supporting structural component of a building and function as the final element that transmits the load to the ground. Machine foundations must be designed so that they can carry all the loads above them, both static loads from the machine and dynamic loads generated when the machine is operating. This is considered very important because dynamic loads that occur repeatedly must be calculated properly so that the foundation can dampen vibrations caused by machines and eliminate resonance effects that can be caused in the structure. In this final project, we discuss the foundation planning for the Heating Medium Circulation Pump machine in Ujung Pangkah-Gresik based on static loads and dynamic loads. In the static load analysis, the bearing capacity of the foundation is calculated and the settlement of the foundation is calculated. Then, for dynamic load analysis, determines the magnitude of the amplitude that occurs and determines that the vibrations that occur do not disturb humans and the surrounding environment by using the lumped parameter system method, and planning the pile cap reinforcement of the machine foundation. By considering the environmental conditions and soil data where the machine is located, it was concluded that the foundation used was a pile foundation that relied on the bond of the pile to the ground (friction pile) because the soil was predominantly clay. From the planning results, it was found that the foundation consists of 9 piles with a diameter of 0.5 meters at a depth of 21 meters and a pile cap thickness of 0.6 meters with pile cap dimensions of 3.2 m x 3.8 m x 0.6 m. D19 — 150 mm pile cap reinforcement is used for the top reinforcement and bottom reinforcement. This machine has a frequency of 3000 rpm and the vertical amplitude that occurs is 0.000112 inch so it is included in the environmental category "Easily Noticeable to Persons" and the horizontal amplitude is 0.000018 inch in the environmental category in zone A (no faults).
