Abstract

Pengoperasian KA Komuter diutamakan bagi masyarakat kalangan menengah kebawah. Namun pada faktanya para calon penumpang kereta api komuter mengeluhkan kedatangan dan keberangkatan kereta api komuter yang sering tidak sesuai dengan jadwal yang telah ditetapkan serta kenyamanan dalam hal ini yang berkaitan dengan jumlah tempat duduk dan tempat berdiri yang tersedia. Pembahasan dalam tugas akhir ini adalah, menganalisa selisih kedatangan dan keberangkatan aktual terhadap jadwal yang telah ditetapkan, menganalisa waktu tunda (delay time) minimum dan maksimum kereta komuter dari masing-masing tempat pemberhentian sepanjang Surabaya Pasar Turi hingga Lamongan, menganalisa waktu tempuh rata-rata dari satu stasiun ke stasiun yang lain, mengetahui faktor apa saja yang mengakibatkan keterlambatan jadwal, menganalisa kenyamanan per- tempat duduk dan berdiri yang telah ditetapkan menganalisa kapasitas kendaraan dan koefisien kapasitas kendaraan, menganalisa kebutuhan (demand) serta ketersedian (supply) untuk operasional KA Komuter Surabaya - Lamongan 5 sampai 10 tahun kedepan Untuk dapat menjawab permasalahan tersebut maka dilakukan observasi dan survei naik turun penumpang pada tiap-tiap stasiun. Selain itu dilakukan juga studi dokumentasi terhadap laporan - laporan milik pengelola atau operator KA Komuter dan instansi terkait. Dari hasil analisa didapatkan nilai kenyamanan tempat duduk (r) = 0,32 m2/space dan nilai kenyamanan tempat berdiri (a) = 0,1525m2 /space. Kapasitas total satu rangkaian KA Komuter (Cv) sebesar 534 penumpang, sedangkan kapasitas total tempat duduk untuk satu rangkaian KA Komuter sebesar 204 penumpang. Rata-rata Load Factor (LF) sebesar 1,03. Waktu tunda berkisar antara 0 menit hingga 20 menit dan selisih kedatangan dan keberangkatan berkisar antara 1 menit hingga 20 menit. Panjang total lintasan rel adalah 61 km dengan waktu tempuh total kurang dari 60 menit. Persentase keandalan berkisar antara 83,87 % sampai dengan 98,39 %. The discussion in this final assignment is, analyzing the difference between actual arrivals and departures against the predetermined schedule, analyzing delay time. minimum and maximum commuter trains from each stop along Surabaya from Pasar Turi to Lamongan, analyze the average travel time from one station to another, find out what factors cause schedule delays, analyze the comfort of each seat and stand It has been determined to analyze vehicle capacity and vehicle capacity coefficients, analyze demand (demand) and availability (supply) for the operation of the Surabaya - Lamongan Commuter Train for the next 5 to 10 years. To be able to answer these problems, observations and surveys of the rise and fall of passengers at each station have been carried out. . Apart from that, documentation studies were also carried out on reports belonging to commuter train managers or operators and related agencies. From the analysis results, it was found that the seating comfort value (r) = 0.32 m2/space and the standing comfort value (a) = 0.1525m2 /space. The total capacity of one Commuter Train (Cv) series is 534 passengers, while the total seating capacity for one Commuter Train series is 204 passengers. Average Load Factor (LF) is 1.03. Delay time ranges from 0 minutes to 20 minutes and the difference between arrival and departure ranges from 1 minute to 20 minutes. The total length of the rail track is 61 km with a total travel time of less than 60 minutes. The reliability percentage ranges from 83.87% to 98.39%.
