Abstract

Penelitian transformator di PT. Industri Kereta Api (Persero) ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui nilai persentase pembebanan transformator, nilai ketidakseimbangan transformator, nilai rugi-rugi akibat adanya arus pada penghantar netral transformator. Hal ini dilakukan agar dapat memastikan pengoperasian sistem distribusi listrik yang andal dan efisien. Hal ini juga bertujuan untuk mengetahui besaran nilai dari transformator yang terpasang tidak melebihi dari nilai SPLN yang berlaku. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan cara mengukur aliran arus dan tegangan tiap fasa, serta antar fasa dengan clamp meter dalam sisi sekunder pada transformator. Setelah itu, dengan data yang didapat dari pengukuran dilapangan dianalisis secara sistematis menggunakan metode kuantitatif. Selama 9 hari pengukuran, didapatkan hasil bahwa nilai persentase rata-rata pembebanan transformator sebesar 74,2% (SPLN maksimal 80%, minimal 40%). Nilai ketidakseimbangan beban sebesar 15,36% (SPLN dikategorikan baik jika <10%). Persentase nilai arus rata-rata pada penghantar netral sebesar 19,73% (SPLN nilai arus netral <20%) dengan nilai rugi-rugi akibat adanya arus netral sebesar 1,332 kW atau sebesar 0,0109%.

Transformer research at PT. Industi Kereta Api (Persero) aims to determine the percentage value of transformer loading, the value of transformer imbalance, and the value of losses due to currents in the neutral conductor of the transformer. This is done in order to ensure reliable and efficient operation of the electricity distribution system. This also aims to determine wheter the value of the installed transformer does not exceed the applicable SPLN value. This research was carried out by measuring the current flow and voltage of each phase, as well as between with a clamp meter on the secondary side of the transformer. After that, the data obtained from field measurements were analyzed systematically using quantitative methods. During 9 days of measurements, the result showed that, the average percentage value of transformer loading was 74,2% (maximum SPL 80%, minimum 40%). The load imbalance value is 15,36% (SPLN is categorized as good if <10%). The percentage of average current value in the neutral conductor is 19,73% (SPLN neutral current value <20%) with a loss value due to neutral current of 1,332 kW or 0,0109%.
