Abstract

PT. GMF AeroAsia merupakan salah satu Perusahaan maintenance pesawat terbang terbesar di Asia yang selalu berupaya se-efisien dan se-efektif mungkin menyelesaikan order yang diberikan oleh customer. Efisiensi manhours merupakan salah satu faktor yang perlu diperhatikan dalam melakukan upaya tersebut. Tingkat efisiensi manhours merupakan perbandingan antara manhours yang direncanakan terhadap manhours aktual. Berdasarkan pengalaman diketahui bahwa efisiensi manhours mencapai 249% pada tipe maintenance C-Check di unit Base Maintenance, sehingga perlu dilakukan evaluasi dalam perencanaan manhours-nya. Selama ini perencanaan manhours dilakukan dengan memberikan nilai faktor pengali pada Maintenance Planning Data (MPD). Faktor pengali ini memiliki unsur subjektifitas planner yang ditentukan berdasarkan pengalaman di lapangan dan terdapat perbedaan antara planner yang satu dengan yang lain sehingga diperlukan suatu standard faktor pengali baru. Untuk mendapatkan standard faktor pengali tersebut digunakan metode linear programming dan untuk mengetahui performansinya digunakan metode Artificial Neural Network. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa altematif terbaik adalah altematif A yang memberikan peningkatan efisiensi terhadap kondisi existing dari 83% menjadi 103%

PT. GMF AeroAsia is one of the largest aircraft maintenance companies in Asia which always strives to be as efficient and effective as possible in completing orders given by customers. Manhours efficiency is one of the factors that needs to be considered in carrying out these efforts. The level of manhours efficiency is a comparison between planned manhours and actual manhours. Based on experience, it is known that manhours efficiency reaches 249% in the C-Check maintenance type in the Base Maintenance unit, so it is necessary to evaluate the manhours planning. So far, manhours planning has been carried out by providing multiplier factor values in the Maintenance Planning Data (MPD). This multiplier factor has an element of planner subjectivity which is determined based on experience in the field and there are differences between one planner and another so a new standard multiplier factor is needed. To obtain the standard multiplier factor, the linear programming method is used and to determine its performance, the Artificial Neural Network method is used. The results of this research show that the best alternative is alternative A which provides increased efficiency for existing conditions from 83% to 103%
