Abstract
Desain Ultra-wideband (UWB) bandpass filter yang bekerja pada frekuensi 3.1–10.6 GHz dengan filter notchband. Notched-band pada BPF ini memberikan immunity terhadap gangguan/ interferensi sinyal radio lain seperti WLAN IEEE 802.11a yang bekerja pada rentang 5.2- 5.8 GHz. Filter yang dirancang berdasarkan struktur CRLH Transmission line (CRLH-TL) sehingga didapat sifat metamaterial. UWB-BPF di implementasikan pada substrate Roger (εr = 2.2) dengan dimensi 35×16 mm. Dalam analisis perhitungan, filter yang dirancang memiliki nilai cut- off pada -3 dB yaitu 3.4259 GHz dan 10.45 GHz untuk lower dan higher cut-off frequency. Implementasi notched-band pada filter dapat meredam sinyal interferensi pada rentang 5.0579-5,7807 GHz dengan center frequency pada 5.5 GHz dan rejection level pada -27 dB. Selanjutnya pada filter fabrikasi dilakukan analisis. Analisis menunjukkan bahwa UWB-BPF yang difabrikasi memiliki nilai cut-off yaitu 4.0246 GHz dan 9.424 GHz untuk lower dan higher cut-off frequency dengan notched-band frequency pada rentang 5.2-5.8 GHz dan notched-band rejection level pada -32dB.

An Ultra-wideband bandpass filter (UWB-BPF) which has frequency range of 3.1-10.6 GHz with notched-band in 5.2-5.8 GHz is designed. The notched-band in this BPF is used to provide an immunity of such filter from another signal working at 5.2-5.8 GHz, such as WLAN IEEE 802.11a. This filter is designed using CRLH Transmission Line (CRLH- TL) structure which provides metamaterial characteristic. The UWB- BPF is implemented on Roger substrate (εr = 2.2) with dimension of 35×16 mm. By numerical analysis, the designed filter has -3dB cut-off of 3.4259 GHz and 10.45 GHz for lower and higher cut-off frequency, respectively. The notched-band implemented in this filter can reject the interference signal in the range of 5.0579-5,7807 GHz with center frequency around 5.5 GHz and rejection level at -27 dB, approximately. Furthermore, the fabricated UWB-BPF is examined through experimental analysis. The experimental analysis shows that the fabricated UWB-BPF has cut-off of 4.0246 GHz and 9.424 GHz for wer and higher cut-off frequency with notched-band frequency between 5.2-5.8 GHz and notched-band rejection level of -32dB, approximately.
