Abstract
Sanitasi dan akses terhadap air bersih merupakan hak fundamental setiap individu, oleh karena itu, penting untuk memastikan penyediaan air minum yang memenuhi tiga faktor penting: kualitas, kelangsungan, dan kuantitas (3K) demi memenuhi kebutuhan masyarakat. Perumda Air Minum Tugu Tirta Kota Malang, sebagai penyedia layanan air di wilayah tersebut, menghadapi tantangan dalam mempertahankan efisiensi dan keberlanjutan layanannya. Kehilangan air, usia pipa yang sudah melebihi batas masa pakai, serta kurangnya pemeliharaan dan pengawasan terhadap jaringan pipa adalah beberapa permasalahan yang mereka hadapi. Tesis ini bertujuan untuk mengatasi masalah tersebut dengan mengkaji hubungan antara data manajemen aset pipa dengan tingkat kehilangan air dalam distribusi air Perumda Air Minum Tugu Tirta Kota Malang. Metode penelitian yang diterapkan adalah metode kuantitatif dengan melakukan pengumpulan data di Perumda. Setelah itu, dilakukan analisis untuk menguji korelasi antara data aset seperti jenis pipa, usia pipa, dan titik kebocoran dengan tingkat kehilangan air, menggunakan uji ANOVA dengan metode regresi linear berganda. Uji statistika yang dijalankan mampu menghasilkan persamaan matematis, yang selanjutnya digunakan untuk memproyeksikan persentase kehilangan air dan pergantian usia pipa di District Metered Area yang terletak di berbagai Zona Pelayanan. Hasil penelitian telah ditemukan bahwa korelasi antara jenis pipa, usia pipa, titik kebocoran pipa dengan tingkat kehilangan air dapat dijelaskan dengan persamaan matematis yaitu Kehilangan Air = 0,589 + 0,002 (SQRT(k – Usia Pipa)) + 0,067 (Jenis Pipa) − 0,392(log10(1 + Jumlah Titik Kebocoran Pipa). Persamaan menjelaskan bahwa faktor tertinggi yang mempengaruhi kehilangan air adalah jumlah titik bocor pipa diikuti dengan usia pipa dan jenis pipa. Hasil prediksi kehilangan air disimpulkan bahwa dari prediksi yang dilakukan menjelaskan bahwa pergantian usia Pipa PE relatif lebih lama yaitu 15-31 tahun mendatang, sedangkan untuk Pipa PVC 10-19 tahun, dan untuk Pipa GP yaitu 5-8 tahun. Pipa PE memiliki ketahanan usia pipa lebih panjang.

Sanitation and access to clean water are fundamental rights for every individual; hence, it is crucial to ensure the provision of drinking water that meets three essential factors: quality, sustainability, and quantity (3Q) to fulfill the needs of the community. The Regional Drinking Water Company, Tugu Tirta, in the city of Malang, as the water service provider in the area, faces challenges in maintaining the efficiency and sustainability of its services. Water loss, pipes exceeding their lifespan, and a lack of maintenance and supervision of the pipe network are some of the issues they encounter. This thesis aims to address these problems by examining the relationship between pipe asset management data and the level of water loss in the water distribution of the Regional Drinking Water Company, Tugu Tirta, in the city of Malang. The research method applied is a quantitative approach involving data collection at the Regional Drinking Water Company. Subsequently, an analysis is conducted to test the correlation between asset data such as pipe type, pipe age, and leak points with water loss, using ANOVA with multiple linear regression methods. The statistical tests conducted can yield mathematical equations, which are then used to project the percentage of water loss and pipe age replacement in the District Metered Area located across different Service Zones. The research findings show a correlation between pipe type, pipe age, pipe leak points, and the level of water loss, explained by the mathematical equation: Water Loss = 0.589 + 0.002 (SQRT (k – Pipe Age)) + 0.067 (Pipe Type) − 0.392(log10(1 + Pipe Leak Points)). The equation highlights that the primary factor influencing water loss is the number of pipe leak points, followed by pipe age and pipe type. The predicted results suggest that PE pipes are expected to have a longer lifespan, with replacements projected in the range of 15-31 years, compared to PVC pipes (10-19 years) and GP pipes (5-8 years). PE pipes demonstrate greater durability in terms of pipe age.
