Abstract

Terminal GSN merupakan penghubung utama pelabuhan regional III dengan pelabuhan Indonesia lainnya. Terminal GSN sendiri menghasilkan limbah dari sistem sanitasi, pelayanan penumpang, serta operasional kantor yang nantinya akan diolah oleh IPAL terminal GSN. Namun, IPAL tersebut sedang tidak aktif sehingga air limbah tidak diproses dan langsung dialirkan ke pembuangan. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan evaluasi, rencana perbaikan, serta pemeliharaan yang tepat untuk mengatasi masalah tersebut. Meningkatnya operasional terminal juga menyebabkan kebutuhan air meningkat. Daur ulang air menjadi solusi untuk meningkatkan pasokan air. Tujuan dari Tugas Akhir ini adalah mengevaluasi kondisi IPAL eksisting serta manajemen operasional agar dapat beroperasi dan berumur panjang. Selain itu juga untuk merencanakan sistem pengolahan tambahan agar air limbah dapat didaur ulang menjadi air bersih. Selanjutnya dilakukan analisis finansial terkait investasi dan operasional unit daur ulang air limbah. Metode yang dilakukan pada perencanaan ini adalan dengan melakukan analisis kondisi eksisting dengan kondisi ideal yang diinginkan, Lalu dilakukan pengumpulan data primer berupa ketersediaan lahan, kualitas dan debit air limbah, serta kualitas air bersih. Lalu dilakukan analisis terkait aspek teknis berupa pengolahan data, evaluasi kondisi eksisting, perencanaan bangunan dan sistem penyaluran, serta penyusunan gambar perencanaan. Pada evaluasi dan perencanaan ini didapatkan debit air puncak 33,74 m3/hari. Debit aliran pada IPAL dan unit pengolahan lanjutan direncanakan pada 7,5 m3/jam. Direncanakan penggantian unit pompa yang terletak pada aeration tank dan clarifier agar sesuai dengan kebutuhan dan debit aliran yang direncanakan. Unit pengolahan lanjutan yang direncanakan adalah teknologi membran mikrofiltrasi dengan luas lahan tambahan yang diperlukan sebesar 8 m2. Berdasarkan analisis finansial, biaya rata-rata penambahan unit pengolahan lanjutan selama 2 tahun lebih rendah Rp67.547.169,20 dibandingkan biaya pemakaian air selama 2 tahun. Secara kelembagaan diusulkan adanya staff teknisi serta operator di bawah departemen HSSE untuk memantau dan mengoperasikan instalasi pengolahan air

The GSN Terminal is the main link between regional III ports and other Indonesian ports. The GSN terminal itself produces waste from the sanitation system, passenger services and office operations which will later be processed by the GSN terminal IPAL. However, the WWTP is currently inactive so the waste water is not processed and is channeled directly to disposal. Therefore, proper evaluation, repair plans and maintenance are needed to overcome this problem. Increasing terminal operations also cause water demand to increase. Water recycling is a solution to increase water supply. The aim of this final assignment is to evaluate the condition of the existing IPAL and its operational management so that it can operate and have a long life. Apart from that, we also plan additional processing systems so that waste water can be recycled into clean water. Next, a financial analysis is carried out regarding investment and operations of waste water recycling units. The method used in this planning is to analyze existing conditions with the desired ideal conditions. Then collect primary data in the form of land availability, waste water quality and discharge, and clean water quality. Then an analysis is carried out related to technical aspects in the form of data processing, evaluation of existing conditions, planning of buildings and distribution systems, as well as preparation of planning drawings. In this evaluation and planning, the peak water discharge was found to be 33.74 m3/day. The flow rate at the WWTP and advanced processing units is planned at 7.5 m3/hour. It is planned to replace the pump unit located in the aeration tank and clarifier to suit the needs and planned flow rate. The planned advanced processing unit is microfiltration membrane technology with an additional land area required of 8 m2. Based on financial analysis, the average cost of adding an advanced processing unit for 2 years is Rp. 67,547,169.20 lower than the cost of using water for 2 years. Institutionally, it is proposed that there be technician staff and operators under the HSSE department to monitor and operate the water treatment plant
