Abstract
Pada rentang 2022-2023, populasi di Indonesia tumbuh 1,13% menjadi 278,6962 juta jiwa. Hal ini mendorong peningkatan permintaan energi termasuk energi listrik. Pada tahun 2021, dari Kementrian ESDM, Indonesia memiliki infrastruktur pembangkit listrik sebesar 73,736 MW. Infrastruktur yang besar ini dapat dipantau dan dijaga keefektivitasan produksinya dengan beberapa metode yaitu OEE, FMEA, dan RCM. Penelitian dengan menggunakan data tahun 2018-2022 pada unit GT 1.2 Blok 1 PLTGU didapatkan bahwa OEE bernilai sekitar 76,61% Hal ini dibawah standar OEE yaitu sebesar 85%. Hal ini disebabkan oleh reduced speed 51,29% dan idling and minor stop 39,48%. Dengan menggunakan penggabungan FMEA dan RCM didapatkan mode kegagalan dengan RPN tertinggi yaitu combustion failure yang terjadi pada turbin gas dengan nilai 200. Hal ini dapat diatasi dengan tindakan perawatan yaitu pengecekan dan pembersihan rutin serta penggantian flamescanner bila rusak.

During the 2022-2023 period, the population of Indonesia grew by 1.13% to reach 278,6962 million people. This has led to an increase in the demand for energy, including electricity. In 2021, according to the Ministry of Energy and Mineral Resources (ESDM), Indonesia had a powerplant infrastructure of 73,736 MW. This extensive infrastructure need to be monitored and its production efficiency can be maintained through various methods such as OEE, FMEA, and RCM. Research conducted using data from 2018-2022 on gas turbine unit 1.2 block 1 of the gas and steam power plant revealed that the Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) was approximately 76,61%This is below the OEE standard of 85%. The reduced speed 51,29% and idling and minor stop 39,48% contributed to this. By combining Failure Mode and Effect Analysis (FMEA) and Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM), the highest failure mode identified was combustion failure with a Risk Priority Number (RPN) of 200 in the gas turbine. This can be addressed through maintenance actions such as regular inspection and cleaning, as well as the replacement of a damaged flamescanner.
