Abstract
Penelitian ini membahas analisis risiko pada sistem turbin uap PLTP Unit 1 Dieng PT Geo Dipa Energi menggunakan metode Hazard and Operability (HAZOP) dan Layer of Protection Analysis (LOPA). Penelitian dilakukan dengan melakukan analisis causes dan consequences pada titik studi yang dipilih, kemudian menganalisis nilai risk ranking dari setiap consequences yang ada, dan terakhir menentukan safeguard yang terdapat pada titik studi. Hasil analisis HAZOP mengindikasikan bahwa risiko bahaya pada sistem turbin dapat dikategorikan sebagai tinggi (42,85%), sedang (14,3%), dan rendah (42,85%). Selanjutnya, nilai Safety Integrity Level (SIL) ditentukan menggunakan metode LOPA Dilakukan terlebih dahulu mencari nilai initiatinf cause frequency mengacu pada nilai MTTF. Kemudian dilakukan identifikasi nilai Probability of Failure on Demand PFD untuk setiap Independent Protection Layer IPL yang ada, nilai PFD dari IPL dikalikan untuk mendapat kan nilai Intermediete Event Likelihood. Untuk mendapatkan nilai SIL dilakukan dengan membagi antara nilai Target Mitigated Event Likelihood dengan Intermediete Event Likelihood. Dari hasil yang didapat menunjukkan bahwa sistem turbin memiliki SIL 0 untuk dua initiating event dan SIL NR untuk satu initiating event. Penelitian ini memberikan wawasan mendalam terkait risiko bahaya pada operasi PLTP Dieng serta menunjukkan tingkat keamanan sistem berdasarkan nilai SIL yang diperoleh dari analisis LOPA.

This research discusses the risk analysis of the steam turbine system in the Geothermal Power Plant (PLTP) Unit 1 Dieng, PT Geo Dipa Energi, using the Hazard and Operability (HAZOP) and Layer of Protection Analysis (LOPA) methods. The study involves analyzing causes and consequences at selected study points, evaluating the risk ranking values of each consequence, and determining the safeguards present at the node. The HAZOP analysis results indicate that the hazard risk in the turbine system can be categorized as high (42.85%), moderate (14.3%), and low (42.85%).Furthermore, the Safety Integrity Level (SIL) values are determined using the LOPA method. Initially, the initiating cause frequency values are determined based on the Mean Time To Failure (MTTF). Then, the values of Probability of Failure on Demand (PFD) for each Independent Protection Layer (IPL) are identified, and the PFD values of IPLs are multiplied to obtain the Intermediate Event Likelihood value. To obtain the SIL value, the Target Mitigated Event Likelihood value is divided by the Intermediate Event Likelihood value. The results indicate that the turbine system has SIL 0 for two initiating event and SIL NR for one initiating events. This research provides in-depth insights into the hazard risks in the Dieng PLTP operation and demonstrates the safety level of the system based on the SIL values obtained from the LOPA analysis.
