Abstract

PT. LDC East Indonesia adalah sebuah perusahaan yang bergerak di dalam bidang pengolahan minyak kelapa sawit yang berkedudukan di Balikpapan. Bidang kerja PT. LDC East Indonesia meliputi pemrosesan pemurnian CPO atau Crude Palm Oil. Pabrik terdiri dari physical refining plant lipico technologies 1700 ton/day beserta unit penunjang pemurnian lainya antara lain: dry fractionation plant lipico technologies 1500 ton/day. High Pressure Boiler (HPB-721) adalah boiler sirkulasi alami tekanan tinggi yang beroperasi dengan prinsip sirkulasi gravitasi, dengan kondisi kerja equipment pressure 55-62 bar dan temperature temperature 330-350 celsius. Pengunaan alat-alat dengan kondisi operasional yang tinggi seperti, beroperasi pada tekanan atau suhu tinggi, melatar belakangi perusahan untuk kembali memastikan bahwa pabrik beroperasi secara aman. Pada analisa risiko menggunakan metode HAZOP di High-Pressure Boiler PT. LDC East Indonesia teridentifikasi 16 risiko dengan 13 risiko tingkat menengah dan 3 risiko tingkat tinggi. Tiga risiko tingkat tinggi tersebut antara lain korosi pada system perpipaan yang dapat menyebabkan pipa bocor yang dapat dilakukan tindakan pencegahan dengan melakukan pengecekan ketebalan/ thickness pada saat annual shut down time. Selanjutnya potensi disebabkan karena miss malfunction dari instrument boiler yang dapat meningkatkan potensial explosion pada boiler. Potensi tinggi yang terkahir adalah kebakaran yang disebabkan karena lokasi diesel tank yang berada di dalam lokasi plant, hal ini dapat diminimalisir dengan pemindahan diesel tank ke luar areal plant. =================================================================================================================================
PT. LDC East Indonesia is a company operating in the field of palm oil processing which is based in Balikpapan. Field of work PT. LDC East Indonesia includes CPO or Crude Palm Oil refining processing. The factory consists of a physical refining plant Lipico Technologies 1700 tons/day along with other refining support units including: dry fractionation plant Lipico Technologies 1500 tons/day. High Pressure Boiler (HPB-721) is a high-pressure natural circulation boiler that operates on the principle of gravity circulation, with equipment pressure working conditions of 55-62 bar and temperature of 330-350 Celsius. The use of equipment with high operational conditions, such as operating at high pressure or temperature, is the background for companies to re-ensure that the factory operates safely. In risk analysis using the HAZOP method in the High-Pressure Boiler PT. LDC East Indonesia identified 16 risks with 13 medium level risks and 3 high level risks. The three high-level risks include corrosion in the piping system which can cause pipe leaks which can be taken as preventive measures by checking the thickness during the annual shut down time. Furthermore, the potential is caused by a miss malfunction of the boiler instrument which can increase the potential for explosion in the boiler. The last high potential is a fire caused by the location of the diesel tank inside the plant location. This can be minimized by moving the diesel tank outside the plant area.
