Abstract

Sistem Distribusi tenaga listrik merupakan proses penyaluran energi listrik dari pembangkit ke konsumen. kualitas sebuah usaha penyediaan tenaga listrik dapat dilihat dari seberapa sering terjadinya pemadaman dan lamanya pemadaman yang terjadi dalam satu waktu tertentu. indeks keandalan merupakan satu cara dalam mengetahui tingkat keandalan suatu sistem distribusi yang dinyatakan dalam probabilitas. SAIFI, SAIDI, CAIDI, CAIFI, dan MAIFI merupakan 5 indeks keandalan yang dapat digunakan untuk menentukan tingkat keandalan suatu sistem Distribusi Tenaga Listrik. Metode Reliability Index Assessment merupakan sebuah pendekatan yang digunakan untuk memprediksi gangguan pada sistem distribusi berdasarkan topologi jaringan dan data - data mengenai Component Reliability. Analisa mengenai keandalan sistem distribusi 20 kV dilakukan pada PT. PLN (Persero) ULP Tondano. pada hasil akhirnya dengan menggunakan metode RIA diketahui bahwa indeks keandalan seluruh penyulang pada PT. PLN ULP Tondano sudah sesuai dan memenuhi kriteria standar SPLN namun belum memenuhi standar internasional IEEE 1366 - 2012. sehingga direkomendasi untuk dilakukannya penambahan jumlah LBS dan jumlah section pada penyulang yang belum memenuhi standar.

The electric power distribution system is the process of distributing electrical energy from generators to consumers. The quality of an electricity supply business can be seen from how often blackouts occur and the length of blackouts that occur at a certain time. The reliability index is a way of knowing the level of defense of a distribution system expressed in probabilities. SAIFI, SAIDI, CAIDI, CAIFI, and MAIFI are 5 reliability indices that can be used to determine the situation level of an Electric Power Distribution system. The Reliability Index Assessment is an approach used to predict disturbances in distribution systems based on network topology and data regarding Component Reliability. Analysis regarding the reliability of the 20 kV distribution system was carried out by PT. PLN (Persero) ULP Tondano. In the end, using the RIA method It is known that the reliability index of all feeders at PT. PLN ULP Tondano is in accordance with and meets the criteria of SPLN Standard but has not met the international standard IEEE 1366 – 2012. So it is recommended to increase the amount of LBS (Load Break Switch) and the number of sections on the feeder that have not met these standards.
